★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim. Comprei um Mop em 13/07/2020 e na segunda utilização ele começou a soltar as fibras começaram a soltar. Fui até a loja para trocar, hoje, 22/07/2020 e não me atenderam bem. Recusaram a troca. O pós venda não funciona.
