★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um ovo de Páscoa, fiz o pedido e fui buscar na data combinada. Perguntei no ato da encomenda se viria com bombons, a resposta foi sim. Ao abrir o ovo decepção total. Não havia nenhum bombom. Perguntei o que houve, e a resposta dada foi que, não colocou bombom porque a casca era recheada e havia passado do peso...kkkkk. Eu não estava preocupada com preço, que tivesse colocado os bombons conforme me foi dito e me informasse que havia passado do peso, que eu pagaria a diferença ao retirar o Ovo de Páscoa. Mas não, fez da forma como quis. Não é assim que se trabalha. O cliente quer o que foi combinado. E ainda mandou eu passar lá pra pegar um bombom. E ainda me pediu calma. Que decepção....além do produto não vir da forma que pedi, ainda tenho que aguentar uma pessoa que mal conheço me pedir calma. Vá aprender a fazer as coisas .
I bought an Easter egg, placed the order and picked it up on the agreed date. I asked when ordering if it would come with chocolates, the answer was yes. Upon opening the egg total disappointment. There was no candy. I asked what happened, and the answer was that, he didn't put candy because the shell was stuffed and had passed the weight... lol. I wasn't worried about the price, that he had placed the chocolates as I was told and informed me that I had gone over the weight, that I would pay the difference when I removed the Easter Egg. But no, he did it the way he wanted. That's not how it works. The customer wants what was agreed. And he even told me to go there to get a candy. And he asked me to calm down. What a disappointment.... in addition to the product not coming the way I asked for it, I still have to put up with a person I barely know asking me to calm down. Go learn how to do things.
