★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento muito gentil e o gerente muito solícito. só tenho uma crítica fazer em relação a entrada de pessoas com deficiência, especialmente para quem se locomove em cadeira de rodas, que é feito pela lateral e não na porta principal do restaurante, onde é o lugar de acesso da maioria dos frequentadores do local. Uma rampa na lateral, onde a porta está sempre trancada e é preciso sempre acionar a gerência para abrir a porta e na hora de adentrar o local, sempre ter que pedir licença para as pessoas levantarem de suas cadeiras para que o cadeirante entre com sua cadeira de rodas é um pouco constrangedor. Fica a dica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha, sinceramente me desculpem. Quem fala que a comida desse lugar é boa, não sabe o que é comer. Infelizmente nessa localização só tem esse lugar "melhorado" pra almoçar. Nesta última quarta comi uma carne seca que estava mergulhada no próprio sal. Poxa! Se vcs não vão retirar o sal pra que cozinham?! Hoje peguei uma carne zero de tempero, o arroz parecia que estava queimado. Jesus!!! No dia que tiver um concorrente a altura, vocês vão falir por que o tempero de vcs é muito sem graça.

This last Wednesday I ate a dried meat that was dipped in the salt itself. Wow! If you will not remove the salt for cooking ?! Today I got a zero seasoning meat, the rice looked like it was burnt. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comi no Docas algumas vezes. Posso dizer que, nos últimos três anos, pouca coisa mudou. A comida é razoável, mas certamente não vale o preço do quilo, que beira R$60. Os funcionários são sempre muito ignorantes/indispostos para com os clientes. As filas para pagar são enormes e demoradas. O restaurante não consegue comportar muitas pessoas em horários de pico, pois mesmo depois de tantos anos, ainda não soube gerir o ambiente. E mais... O restaurante não abre aos fins de semana. Enfim... Espero que um dia melhore.
I've eaten at Docas a few times. I can say that, in the last three years, little has changed. The food is reasonable, but certainly not worth the price of a kilo, which is around R $ 60. Employees are always very ignorant / unwell with customers. The queues to pay are huge and time-consuming. The restaurant is not able to accommodate many people during peak hours, because even after so many years, it has not yet managed to manage the environment. And more ... The restaurant does not open on weekends. Anyway ... I hope one day it gets better.
