★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento da Recepção. Outros pacientes são atendidos na sua frente mesmo chegando atrasados e fazendo as ficha posteriormente a sua chegada e tendo seu horário já passado. Nesse tempo de covid fiquei + de 1 horas para ser atendido.
 I didn't like the reception at the reception. Other patients are assisted in front of you, even arriving late and filling out forms after their arrival and having their time already passed. During this time of covid, I spent more than 1 hour to be attended to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento recepção nota 10. Mas infelizmente psiquiatra parece não se importar com pacientes. Primeiro marcou uma consulta essa semana ai desmarcou, até ai tudo bem. Daí dia 21 estamos lá esperando a dra que já se encontrava atrasada. Esperamos mais 40 minutos, ao falar com recepcionista a mesma informou que já havia falando com a dra e a mesma confirmou que viria. Bom, poucos minutos depois ela cancelou. Tive meu dinheiro ressarcido, porém a decepção e perca de tempo pra algo tão sério é totalmente frustrante. Meu filho está com problemas de ansiedade, com dificuldade para dormir. Infelizmente compromisso da dra parece estar muito acima de qualquer paciente. Penso que se ela não está dando atenção merecida como médica do local, buscar outra opção é uma alternativa já que mesma sempre cheia de contratempo, e o pior falta de palavra. Confirmar algo e logo em seguida desmarcar com se todos tivessem a disposição dela. O valor da consulta é um preço bem acessível, se problema é esse cobrem o valor que acham justo, mas não fazer pouco caso do cliente. Espero ter algum tipo de retorno e talvez eu mude minha avaliação. Eu ainda tive trabalho de postar fotos do local para divulgar na maior boa vontade. Lamentável.
Service reception grade 10. But unfortunately psychiatrist doesn't seem to care about patients. First scheduled an appointment this week then unchecked, so far so good. Then on the 21st we are there waiting for the dr who was already late. We waited another 40 minutes, when talking to the receptionist, she informed that she had already spoken with the doctor and she confirmed that she would come. Well, a few minutes later she canceled. I had my money refunded, but the disappointment and waste of time for something so serious is totally frustrating. My son is having anxiety issues, having trouble sleeping. Unfortunately, Dr.'s commitment seems to be far above any patient's. I think that if she is not giving deserved attention as a local doctor, looking for another option is an alternative since it is always full of setbacks, and the worst lack of words. Confirm something and then uncheck it as if everyone had her disposal. The value of the consultation is a very affordable price, if this is the problem, they cover the value they think is fair, but don't ignore the client. I hope to get some kind of feedback and maybe I'll change my rating. I still had work to post photos of the place to spread it in the best possible way. Unfortunate.

Ambiente da Clínica limpo e organizado. Fui atendida dentro do horário agendado.

Great Service, everything very well explained, clean and pleasant environment, my pregnant daughter needed to do blood tests and it was well attended and fast, the attendants were very friendly and the manager was also very attentive, I highly recommend it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim. Levei minha mãe de 84 anos pra fazer exames de sangue, estava sem se alimentar de desde ontem as 19 hrs. 8:00 e não haviam chamado pra realizar o exame. Obs: o horário seria de 7:00 as 12:00. Muito ruim o atendimento.

É uma falta de organização (em relação a chegada dos paciente), falta de comunicação (por duas vezes a recepção passou informação equivocada sobre os preços e agendamentos).
Minha mãe relatou que ao chegar na consulta com a otorrino Simone, a médica não fez nenhum exame físico (relacionado ao motivo de agendar uma consulta médica), a médica teve como base a evolução da outra médica otorrino que minha mãe passou no ano de 2021. A médica Simone nem se quer se levantou para examinar, simplesmente concordou a médica de 2021.
Absurdo esse tipo de conduta.

As mais variadas especialidades clínicas estão disponíveis a preços bem acessíveis, além de disponibilizar exames laboratoriais, como coleta de sangue. Recepcionistas e funcionários altamente capacitados e prestativos, inclusive oferecendo orientações caso algum exame que não seja realizado lá. Ambiente amplo e muito limpo, além de refrigerado. Café, agua e biscoitos para os que vão em jejum para coleta de sangue. Com certeza voltarei quando precisar de algum outro exame e/ou consulta. Recomendo 100%. A Rede AMEP não está chegando nem perto do padrão de qualidade da clínica Doctor Med Jacarepaguá.
Clinic well located, in front of the BRT station Curicica. It has easy access and ample parking. Receptionists and highly trained and helpful staff, including offering guidance in case any exam is not performed there. Large and very clean environment, as well as refrigerated. Coffee, water and cookies for those who are fasting for blood collection. I will definitely come back when I need another exam and/or consultation. I recommend 100%. The AMEP Network is not even close to the quality standard of the Doctor Med Jacarepaguá clinic.
