★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento na unidade Brooklyn, a operadora Maria muito simpática e ágil nas respostas além de dar o suporte em todo processo, infelizmente não consegui resolver meu problema não por culpa da docdetran, e sim do proprietário do veículo, como havia efetuado o pagamento pedi o reembolso e fui reembolsado em 1 dia útil, simples rápido e fácil amei o suporte muito obrigado!!
Great service at the Brooklyn unit, the operator Maria very friendly and responsive in addition to giving support throughout the process, unfortunately I couldn't solve my problem not because of docdetran, but because of the vehicle owner, as I had made the payment I asked for the refund and I was refunded in 1 business day, simple fast and easy loved the support thank you so much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Já estou há mais de um mês e meio esperando por um serviço que me disseram que demoraria somente cerca de uma semana. O pior de tudo é que ainda por cima são extremamente mau educados nas respostas, isso nos raros casos em que respondem em menos de 24 horas. Ninguém atende e se recusam a devolver o dinheiro. Não recomendaria os serviços nem se fosse de graça.
Bad experience. I've been waiting for over a month and a half for a service that I was told would only take about a week. Worst of all is that they are extremely rude in their responses, in the rare cases where they respond in less than 24 hours. No one answers and they refuse to return the money. I wouldn't recommend the services even if it were free.
