★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido nessa loja hoje, dia 06/12/21. Passava um pouco das 16h. Achei o período de espera longo, porém, o que é combinado não sai caro, pedi porque quis. A hora máxima de espera do meu pedido era 17:46. Pois bem, depois de algum contato no chat, onde fui informada sempre de que o "motoboy estava chegando" (Ficou 1 hora circulando com meu pedido). Eis que meu pedido chega às 18:55 (Uma hora e 10 minutos depois da hora máxima) e totalmente derretido (eram bombons de pote) e revirado. Reclamei no instagram e a loja me bloqueou... Ou seja, não é profissional, não respeitam o cliente, e não admitem estar errados, pois respondem as avaliações negativas do Ifood sempre querendo ter razão.
A maioria das reclamações é por atraso. Penso que se a loja não tem capacidade de entregar no Guarujá inteiro não deve prometer isso.
Anti profissionais e imcompetentes.
Ou seja, péssimos.
I placed an order at this store today, 12/06/21. It was a little after 4 pm. I thought the waiting period was long, however, what is agreed is not expensive, I asked because I wanted to. The maximum waiting time for my order was 5:46 pm. Well, after some contact in the chat, where I was always informed that the "motoboy was arriving" (I spent 1 hour circulating with my order). Behold, my order arrives at 18:55 (One hour and 10 minutes after the maximum hour) and completely melted (they were candies) and turned over. I complained on Instagram and the store blocked me... That is, it is not professional, they do not respect the customer, and they do not admit to being wrong, as they respond to negative reviews by Ifood, always wanting to be right.
Most complaints are for delay. I think that if the store doesn't have the capacity to deliver to the entire Guarujá, it shouldn't promise that.
Anti professionals and incompetent.
In other words, terrible.

Mas o "Azedinho" não tinha nada a ver com a foto do anúncio, era apenas um mousse de maracujá extremamente doce e uma camada fina de um chocolate açucarado, fiquei decepcionada pois a foto era muito convidativa ?
I made two orders through Ifood. The bonbon in the jar was tasty and as expected. But the "Azedinho" had nothing to do with the photo in the ad, it was just an extremely sweet passion fruit mousse and a thin layer of sugary chocolate, I was disappointed because the photo was very inviting ?
