★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionários não sao capacitados e treinados para atender ao cliente, até pq os proprietários também não são. São extremamente sem educação, arrogantes e prepotentes, não possuem cordialidade alguma com os clientes (Que são quem mantém seu estabelecimento aberto), fui bloqueada pela proprietária do local quando fui atrás de resolver um problema com um pedido feito, e para receber um reembolso que é meu por direito. NAO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM
Bad service, employees are not qualified and trained to serve the customer, even because the owners are not either. They are extremely rude, arrogant and boastful, they do not have any cordiality with the customers (who are the ones who keep their establishment open), I was blocked by the owner of the place when I went after solving a problem with an order placed, and to receive a refund that it's mine by right. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorvete horrível , parece que jogaram areia. Montagem dos copos de açaí já foram melhores , qualidade dos produtos caíram totalmente o nível , fora o atendimento que é PESSIMO! Funcionários despreparados e proprietária menos ainda, certamente não sabe administrar o próprio serviço com profissionalismo. Se quiserem um açaí com entrega no horário recomendo qualquer um outro no Jd Amanda, esse vocês vão passar é raiva.
Horrible ice cream, looks like they threw sand. Assembling the açaí cups were already better, the quality of the products totally dropped the level, apart from the service that is TERRIBLE! Unprepared employees and even less owner, certainly doesn't know how to manage her own service with professionalism. If you want an açaí with delivery on time, I recommend any other at Jd Amanda, this one you will pass by is angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito ruim. Fiz um pedido às 22h26. Ainda não recebi o pedido já são 00h37. Pelo jeito nem vou! Se tiver com vontade de tomar açaí por favor, peçam em outro lugar porque este não está preparado. A entrega não funciona.
Isso porque moro a 1km do estabelecimento.
Não é a primeira vez. Os ingredientes são bons, mas não é só o açaí que estou comprando e sim o serviço! Descaso total com cliente, pelo jeito vou dormir com vontade mesmo.
Very bad experience. I placed an order at 10:26 pm. I still haven't received the order, it's already 00:37. By the way, I won't! If you feel like having açaí, please ask elsewhere because this one is not ready. Delivery doesn't work.
That's because I live 1 km from the establishment.
It is not the first time. The ingredients are good, but it's not just the açaí I'm buying, it's the service! Total disregard for the client, by the way I'm going to sleep willingly.
