★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionado c essa empresa que não tem o mínimo de cuidado c o cliente !! Na quarta-feira de semana santa (30/04/2021) eu mandei mensagem via WhatsApp perguntando se ainda estavam aceitando encomendas e a resposta foi sim . Na quinta-feira fiz o pedido e confirmei, reclamei apenas da taxa de entrega e deixei claro q ia na loja retirar. Hoje sábado pela manhã confirmei o endereço e horário p retirada do ovo e me repassaram . Fui na loja retirar e pasmem meu pedido não foi feito !!! Disseram q eu não tinha confirmado e ainda apagaram minha mensagem confirmando o pedindo e falando sobre a retirada no Whattsapp. Gente isso não se faz estou c meu filho em prantos pois não tem ovo de chocolate p dar p sua namorada!! Isso não se faz é feio !! Estou me sentindo lesada e muito decepcionada!!
I am disappointed with this company that does not have the least care with the customer !! On Holy Week Wednesday (04/30/2021) I sent a message via WhatsApp asking if they were still accepting orders and the answer was yes. On Thursday I placed the order and confirmed it, complained only about the delivery fee and made it clear that I was going to the store to pick it up. Today Saturday morning I confirmed the address and time for the egg removal and they passed it on to me. I went to the store to pick up and amaze my order was not made !!! They said that I had not confirmed and still deleted my message confirming the request and talking about the withdrawal in Whattsapp. People this is not done I'm with my son in tears because there is no chocolate egg to give to his girlfriend !! This is not done is ugly !! I am feeling hurt and very disappointed !!
