★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao pedir Nota Fiscal Paulista, o funcionário disse que não emitia. Em seguida veio outra atendente e me disse que emitiria a nota.
A instalação dos banheiros ficam do lado de fora ao estabelecimento, num estacionamento aos fundos, tornando o acesso perigoso e passível de molhar-se em dias de chuva.
Pedi um prato e talheres para facilitar a alimentação de uma idosa que me acompanhava e tive a resposta que não tinha pratos e nem talheres. No entanto, em seguida entraram outras pessoas e foram atendidas com pratos e talheres.
Em contra partida, as tapiocas são saborosas e cumpre a proposta do estabelecimento. Infelizmente a infraestrutura de banheiros e atendimento são insatisfatórias para quem está acompanhado de família com pessoas idosas.
Aos mais jovens, recomendo que conheçam o local.

I asked for a plate and cutlery to facilitate the feeding of an elderly woman who accompanied me and I had the answer that there were no plates or cutlery. However, then other people came in and were served with plates and cutlery.
On the other hand, tapioca is tasty and complies with the establishment's proposal. Unfortunately the bathroom and service infrastructure are unsatisfactory for those who are accompanied by a family with elderly people.
