★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu primeiro contato com a empresa foi algo horrível, fiquei completamente assustada com tamanha falta de educação e de atenção com o cliente, havia decidido que não iria procurar a empresa que apesar de demonstrar qualidade em seus produtos faltou dessa qualidade no meu atendimento. Devido uma necessidade de entrar em contato, voltei a procurar a empresa e fiquei totalmente surpresa com o atendimento prestado, uma doçura de atendimento, uma agilidade e acima de tudo o respeito ao cliente. Parabéns pela mudança ocorrida a empresa estava precisando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou falar aí o dia todo , sempre sou o primeiro na fila de espera de ligações , fico em média 15 min esperando até a ligação cair, já fiz isso hoje uma 06 vezes, não sei como vocês tem clientes com esse mal serviço .

A mesma evadiu do local na época do fato. Não possui ética profissional nem respeito com o trabalhador e pessoas no geral. Pior experiência da minha vida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência possível! Não recomendo a ninguém!!! A dona da empresa (Margo) deve ser o sinônimo de amarga né?! Mal educada, ríspida, além de não entender nada sobre atendimento, não entende nada de gestão, seja financeira ou de pessoas. Acha que o cliente está fazendo um favor ao comprar. Trata com descaso, além de trocarem de vendedores todo mês né?! Toda vez que minha mãe precisa é um vendedor diferente, na certa ninguém aguenta trabalhar nessa empresa! Se a própria dona desfaz de seus clientes imagine o que faz com seus funcionários! Minha mãe merece ser respeitada assim como qualquer pessoa!

Achei interessante demais, as caixas que eu queria, não tinham mais no estoque montadas, final de expediente, então elas montaram as caixinhas na mesma hora para eu levar, fiquei esperando, inclusive a proprietária que é muito educada e gentil. Percebi um ambiente de gente feliz, todas elas são muito carinhosas e fiquei encantada com a equipe Doce Papel. Vou voltar muitas e muitas vezes...

Fiz uma compra considerável de caixas para a pascoa. Me pediram pagamento TOTAL adiantado, paguei e não recebi minhas caixas.
Tentei contato telefônico e por e-mail com a Margo sem sucesso. Fui até a empresa e nada também. COM MUITO custo a funcionária Bárbara (MUITO DA MAL EDUCADA)me informou que esse valor ficaria de crédito já que ela não conseguia um retorno da MARGO.
Em Junho/21 Quando fiz minha ultima compra, finalmente encontrei a Margo, falei de tudo que estava acontecendo e ela me informou que a funcionária foi mandada embora exatamente por isso, pelos erros e por varias reclamações. Foi super simpática, anotou o meu credito em um recibo e assinou.
Hoje, pra minha surpresa ao tentar realizar a compra na loja a funcionária Marina me informou que trocaram de sistema e que não anotaram o meu credito nele e que somente a Margo poderia autoriza-la. Fiquei UMA HORA plantada na loja para que a mesma conseguisse resolver com a sua gerente. Ela ligou VARIAS vezes e a Margo MUITO grossa ao telefone não autorizou a venda por crédito, informou que devolveria meu dinheiro e foi almoçar dizendo que só resolveria isso depois de 14hs que era quando ela voltaria do almoço e desligou o telefone na cara da funcionária.
Formalizei tudo por Wpp e ela ainda teve a cara de pau de me responder que era só apresentar o crédito e que fui grosseira com a funcionária dela. O detalhe que ela não sabe é que : Ouvi TODA a conversa das duas por telefone ( o telefone era muito alto) e que sua funcionária Marina me disse que não queria mais insistir com a Margo pq ela não a ouvia e era MUITO GROSSEIRA e dificl de lidar, que estava com medo do que podia acontecer com ela se ela insistisse.
Resumo: paguei pelas caixas pq precisava delas com urgência. E agora estou aguardando a boa vontade da loja de devolver meu dinheiro.

I tried phone and email contact with Margo without success. I went to the company and nothing too. AT A LOT, the employee Bárbara (VERY POORLY EDUCATED) informed me that this amount would be credit since she couldn't get a return from MARGO.
In June/21 When I made my last purchase, I finally found Margo, I told her about everything that was happening and she informed me that the employee was sent away for exactly that reason, for the errors and for several complaints. She was super nice, wrote my credit on a receipt and signed.
Today, to my surprise when I tried to make the purchase at the store, the employee Marina informed me that they changed the system and that they didn't write down my credit on it and that only Margo could authorize it. I was planted in the store for AN HOUR so that it could solve it with its manager. She called SEVERAL times and Margo VERY rude on the phone did not authorize the sale by credit, she informed her that she would return my money and went to lunch saying that she would only solve this after 2 pm, which was when she would return from lunch and hung up the phone in the employee's face.
I formalized everything by Wpp and she even had the nerve to answer me that I just had to present the credit and that I was rude to her employee. The detail she doesn't know is that: I heard ALL their conversations over the phone (the phone was too loud) and that her employee Marina told me she didn't want to pester Margo anymore because she couldn't hear her and it was VERY RUDE and difficult. to deal with, that he was afraid of what might happen to her if she insisted.
Summary: I paid for the boxes because I needed them urgently. And now I'm waiting for the store's willingness to return my money.
