Antes de tudo, quero dizer que já tive experiências boas e ruins, a maioria boas, tendo apenas uma como ruim, mas essa leva o prêmio de ser a pior, mais irritante e mais enjoada que já tive com este estabelecimento. Cheguei com a minha família pelas 6 e meia, é claro, já sabendo que o restaurante abria as 7 horas, mas decidimos ficar logo por lá, ou seja, eramos os primeiros no local, nenhuma outra pessoa! Enfim, o garçom veio nos atender, fizemos nossos pedidos, os outros clientes começaram a chegar, estava tudo bem. Até que alguns minutos passaram e começamos a perceber que as outras pessoas já tinham pego seus pedidos e nós ainda não, e nós não, os primeiros a chegar! Nosso pedido ainda não havia chegado, minha mãe estava tremendo de fome e meu irmão quase vomitando, pois 2 hora já havia passado sem ninguém ter levado o nosso pedido! Já estávamos pensando em cancelar o nosso pedido e ir em outro lugar, pois até mesmo o boteco mais sujo e podre com cadeiras de brahma cheirando a privada de motel e televisões de 1974 tocando Carla Perez no Cine Privê deve ter mais qualidade e rapidez do que ESTE lugar! Mas, como somos bonzinhos, esperamos mais alguns longos e torturosos minutos esperando os nossos hambúrgueres, até que finalmente chegaram: Uns simples Eggs Calabresa, Eggs Filé, X-Bacon e X-Burguer. Sim, pode parecer difícil e muito, mas as pessoas que chegaram depois de nós já estavam comendo hambúrguer e até pizza em alguns minutinhos! Infelizmente, já tivemos uma experiência similar, com uma pizza de calabresa e de borda de cheddar, mas não ligamos muito, mas essa, ESSA, essa sim merece pelo menos um pouco de atenção, isso é um desrespeito ao cliente, é uma preguiça e desorganização em tanta! Enfim, eu não consigo mais encontrar palavras para expressar o quanto eu odiei este lugar. Não estamos indo mais aqui, nem se for a última lanchonete no mundo! Nunca!
1 star and only! I don't refuse to change the bill even if it was my only chance to live! First of all, I want to say that I have had good and bad experiences, most of them good, having only one as bad, but this one takes the prize of being the worst, most irritating and most nauseating I have ever had with this establishment. I arrived with my family at 6:30, of course, already knowing that the restaurant was open at 7 am, but we decided to stay there soon, that is, we were the first in the place, no one else! Anyway, the waiter came to serve us, we placed our orders, the other customers started to arrive, everything was fine. Until a few minutes passed and we started to realize that the other people had already taken their orders and we still haven't, and we haven't, the first ones to arrive! Our order had not yet arrived, my mother was shaking with hunger and my brother was almost vomiting, since 2 hours had passed without anyone having taken our order! We were already thinking about canceling our order and going somewhere else, because even the dirtiest and rotten pub with brahma chairs smelling the motel toilet and televisions of 1974 playing Carla Perez at Cine Privê must have more quality and speed than This place! But, as we are nice, we waited a few more long and torturous minutes waiting for our hamburgers, until they finally arrived: Simple Eggs Calabrese, Eggs Filet, X-Bacon and X-Burguer. Yes, it may seem difficult and a lot, but the people who arrived after us were already eating hamburgers and even pizza in a few minutes! Unfortunately, we already had a similar experience, with a pepperoni pizza and cheddar edge pizza, but we don't care much, but this, THAT, this one deserves at least a little attention, that's disrespect to the customer, it's laziness and disorganization in so much! Anyway, I can no longer find words to express how much I hated this place. We're not going here anymore, not even if it's the last diner in the world! Never!
