Depois eu fui novamente fiquei esperando o pedido e acabei desistindo....demorou demais...
 Scattered attendant, forgot to tell me that the juice I asked for didn't have it, after I ate the whole pie.
Then I went again, I waited for the order and ended up giving up.... it took too long...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que decepção! Estive com amigas na casa de chá e nos surpreendemos com o péssimo atendimento. Éramos 8 pessoas e com todas houve um problema. A demora na entrega dos pedidos foi inacreditável. Meu milk-shake demorou 1h20 para vir sem o chantilly. Desisti. Pedi um capuccino que estava sem graça, água pura. Alimentos que chegaram frios, pratos entregues sujos, tudo de qualidade muito inferior a minha última visita ao local há dois anos. Foi uma experiência ruim para todos. Não voltarei!
What a disappointment! I was with friends at the tea house and we were surprised by the poor service. We were 8 people and with all of them there was a problem. The delay in delivering orders was unbelievable. My milkshake took 1h20 to come without the whipped cream. I gave up I ordered a cappuccino which was bland, plain water. Food arrived cold, dishes delivered dirty, all of much lower quality than my last visit to the place two years ago. It was a bad experience for everyone. I won't be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A búlgara mini é uma delícia e o bolinho molhado de coco tb. O recheio do pão delícia não é aquele autêntico, não vale a pena. Mas o café coado por 11 pilas não repito mais. Estavam mudando o cardápio e não tinham os preços visíveis em canto nenhum (eu devia ter perguntando? sim, mas confesso que não acreditei que um café coado seria mais de dez reais! e nem era grande, meia caneca). Na hora de pedir para levar, cuidado que colocam itens iguais e que caberiam perfeitamente na mesma embalagem em embalagens separadas (cada unidade tem um custo a mais de 1,50). Mesmo sendo de papel, é um disparate para que não gosta de desperdícios e procura ter mais cuidado com o meio ambiente.
The Bulgarian mini is delicious and the coconut wet cupcake is also delicious. The filling of the delicious bread is not the authentic one, it is not worth it. But the coffee brewed by 11 piles I won't repeat it anymore. They were changing the menu and the prices weren't visible anywhere (should I have asked? yes, but I confess that I didn't believe that a brewed coffee would cost more than ten reais! and it wasn't even big, half a mug). When ordering to take away, be careful that they place the same items and that would fit perfectly in the same package in separate packages (each unit costs more than 1.50). Even though it's made of paper, it's nonsense for people who don't like waste and try to be more careful with the environment.

Very good pastry for coffee in the afternoon! Nut pie, Rio coffee and shrimp pie you can't miss. Various sequels. Enjoy the diversity of sweet pies. Good service. The menu in the store is not the same as the one on the website, but there are always very good things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi bom! Final de expediente mas foi bom! Eu pedi um pedaço de torta Red, a massa era boa, realmente aveludada e úmida. Porém o recheio tava levemente azedado. ? Espero não assar mal. Pedi um café na prensa, estava maravilhoso. Depois pedi a torta olho de sogra. Pedi por que achei diferente, além de recheio de coco e a cobertura que era de ameixa , tinha tipo uma queijadinha, um outro tipo de bolo que não lembro o nome que a funcionária me disse. Estava ótima!!!! E olhe que eu já estava de barriga cheia com a primeira torta! Mas achei bem doce, deve ser boa com café, não tomei pq já tinha encerrado.
The service was good! End of work but it was good! I ordered a piece of Red pie, the dough was good, really velvety and moist. But the filling was slightly sour. ? I hope I don't bake badly. I ordered a coffee from the press, it was wonderful. Then I ordered the mother-in-law's eye pie. I asked why I thought it was different, in addition to the coconut filling and the plum topping, there was like a queijadinha, another type of cake that I can't remember the name the employee told me. It was great!!!! And look, I had my stomach full with the first pie! But I thought it was really sweet, it must be good with coffee, I didn't drink it because it was already over.
