★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava fazendo um pedido pelo Ifood, porém não estava conseguindo acrescentar um bolo, liguei e falei com o Marcelo que me orientou a fazer o pedido pelo Ifood normalmente e fazer um Pix a parte assim ele me mandaria o bolo junto com o pedido do Ifood. Então o meu pedido chegou e além de vir dois sabores de bolo na mesma embalagem que eu já não gostei, ainda não veio o bolo de Abacaxi. Liguei na loja e falei com a Bianca sobre estar faltando o meu bolo de Abacaxi, a mesma pediu desculpas e disse que já estaria me enviando o bolo. Depois de 30 minutos sem receber o pedido fui ligar para saber e tinha uma mensagem no WhatsApp falando que não ia me mandar o bolo por que tiveram um problema.
Achei isso um descaso e uma falta de respeito com o cliente. Eu paguei por algo que não recebi. O cliente não tem nada a ver com o probleminha da loja. Ridículo isso.
 I was placing an order through Ifood, but I was unable to add a cake, I called and spoke to Marcelo who guided me to order through Ifood normally and make a Pix separately so he would send me the cake along with the Ifood order. So my order arrived and in addition to coming two flavors of cake in the same packaging that I didn't like, the Pineapple cake still hasn't arrived. I called the store and talked to Bianca about missing my Pineapple cake, she apologized and said she would be sending me the cake. After 30 minutes without receiving the order I called to find out and there was a message on WhatsApp saying that they were not going to send me the cake because they had a problem.
I found this to be disrespectful and disrespectful to the customer. I paid for something I didn't receive. The customer has nothing to do with the store's little problem. Ridiculous that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima tapioca (pedido feito pelo Ifood) pedi duas e vieram com a coloração e cheiro super forte!! ninguém aguentou comer.
Até falaram que seria o morango, onde já se viu!!! coloração é estragado! é só pesquisar no Google.
Atendente Carol do restaurante muito mal educada, nos tratou super mal, com indiferença.
Perderam clientes com esse mau trato, pois aqui somos uma clínica e toda semana pedimos na parte de doceria e o restaurante normal.
Péssimos, não recomendo a ninguém.
Terrible tapioca (order made by Ifood) I ordered two and they came with a super strong color and smell!! no one could eat.
They even said it would be the strawberry, where has it been seen!!! coloring is spoiled! just search on Google.
Restaurant attendant Carol very rude, treated us super badly, with indifference.
They lost customers with this mistreatment, because here we are a clinic and every week we order in the candy store and the normal restaurant.
Terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui muito bem atendida por telefone e por chat no ifood, já pedi quase todos os doces do cardápio, sempre muito bem feitos e a entrega impecável! O cheesecake, de qualquer sabor, segue sendo meu preferido! Tanto que nem dá tempo de tirar foto dele inteiro...
I've always been very well attended by phone and chat on ifood, I've already ordered almost all the sweets on the menu, always very well made and the delivery was impeccable! Cheesecake, of any flavor, is still my favorite! So much so that you don't even have time to take a picture of it all...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Torta chegou assim, além de estar revirada, a massa estava totalmente mole. Parecia torta da semana anterior.
Foi solicitado atendimento e depois de um dia inteiro aguardando um retorno, a loja pediu que eu resolvesse com o ifood, como se eles tivessem preparado essa torta.
Solicitei o reembolso, mas triste de ver que a loja não esta nem ai com o cliente.
Pie arrived like this, besides being turned over, the dough was totally soft. It looked like pie from the week before.
Service was requested and after a whole day waiting for a return, the store asked me to solve it with ifood, as if they had prepared this pie.
I asked for a refund, but sad to see that the store doesn't care about the customer.
