★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Muita demora na entregas dos materiais pago. E como não bastasse, eles cobram uma taxa de 50 reias pela demanda de urgência das imagens. Péssimo trabalho! Empresa altamente desorganizada.
Horrible service. Much delay in the delivery of paid materials. And as if that weren't enough, they charge a fee of 50 reias for the urgency demand of the images. Bad job! Highly disorganized company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falaram que eu poderia ir e que chegasse até as 17h pra entrar na fila de espera para ser atendido, cheguei às 16:40 e a atendente falou que não tinha como atender mais naquele dia e que eu voltasse outro dia. Não moveram uma palha para desfazer a falta de compromisso e palavra que tiveram comigo! Entraram em contato comigo e resolveram o impasse, estou reavaliando.
They said that I could go and that I would arrive until 5:00 pm to enter the waiting list to be seen, I arrived at 4:40 pm and the attendant said that there was no way to see me anymore that day and that I would come back another day. They didn't move a straw to undo the lack of commitment and words they had with me! They contacted me and resolved the impasse, I am reassessing.
