★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Passei o dia lá para trocarem o sensor de combustível, que no final não deu certo. Encomendaram em dois locais que não deu certo, depois falaram que iam comprar na concessionária. Cobraram um absurdo pela peça, para logo depois dar problema. No dia seguinte trocaram novamente a peça e o problema persistiu. Pedi a nota fiscal e não quiseram me mostrar (quando liguei para a concessionária o valor era até mais baixo do que o cobrado). No fim desisti, e eles devolveram apenas o valor da peça, cobrando o mão de obra de um serviço que não foi realizado. Agora vou ter que refazer o serviço em outro lugar, perdi tempo e dinheiro para nada!
Terrible! I spent the day there to change the fuel sensor, which in the end didn't work out. They ordered at two locations that didn't work, then said they were going to buy at the dealership. They charged an absurdity for the play, soon after giving trouble. The next day they changed the piece again and the problem persisted. I asked for the invoice and they would not show me (when I called the dealership the value was even lower than the charged). In the end I gave up, and they returned only the value of the piece, charging the labor of a service that was not performed. Now I will have to redo the service elsewhere, wasted time and money for nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietário preocupado em proporcionar ao seu cliente o melhor atendimento possível. Não significa que jamais irá cometer este ou aquele erro, pois todas em que tive que levar meu automóvel para conserto cometeram e ainda irão cometer. O importante é resolver e isto é feito com todo cuidado possível. Recomendo.
Owner concerned about providing his client with the best possible service. It doesn't mean that I will never make this or that mistake, because every one in which I had to take my car for repairs did and will still make. The important thing is to resolve and this is done with all possible care. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de PÉSSIMA qualidade, atendimento PÉSSIMO, pessoal desonesto, não fizeram o serviço como combinado, valor acima do de mercado, se negaram a dar uma nota fiscal lembrando que isso e um direito do consumidor e além do mais, cobraram juros da máquina pra passar no cartão o que também é uma afronta ao direito do consumidor. NÃO RECOMENDO JAMAIS !!
TERRIBLE service, TERRIBLE service, dishonest staff, did not do the service as agreed, above market value, refused to give an invoice remembering that this is a consumer right and moreover, they charged interest on the machine to pass on the card, which is also an affront to consumer rights. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER !!

Meu carro voltou a dar problema ,fui e para minha infeliz surpresa me disseram que eu tinha que trocar a mesma peça que já tinha trocado no serviço e que teria que pagar novamente!!Isso é um absurdo!!Que validade é essa de peça que dura 4 meses??Vou procurar meus direitos. Nunca mais levo meu carro nessa Oficina.
I spent a fortune in services for four months to exchange several pieces. My car was back in trouble, I went and to my unhappy surprise they told me that I had to change the same part that I had already changed in the service and that I would have to pay again !! This is absurd !! What validity is that part that lasts 4 months ?? I will look for my rights. I never take my car in this workshop.
