★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é excelente, porém achei q os procedimentos foram os mesmos q são realizados pelas pedicures. Faltou muito no nível de remoção de peles mortas, cuidados com a pele. Precisam rever os procedimentos, pois pagamos por podologia e não pedicure.
The service is excellent, but I found that the procedures were the same as those performed by pedicures. It lacked a lot in the level of dead skin removal, skin care. They need to review the procedures, as we pay for podiatry and not pedicures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei hj para me informar sobre avaliação, a atendente disse que era só ir ao local no horário do shoping. Chego no local as 16h , novamente falo que gostaria de uma avaliação, duas atendentes de hoje 15/01/2020 falaram a mesma coisa: a podóloga só estará a partir as 18h. Perguntei se poderia retornar nesse horário pois fui ao shoping exclusivamente para ser avaliada. Ao retornar 18h, as mesmas atendentes falaram: nossa, agora só tem horário às 20h. Falta de profissionalismo, paguei estacionamento, fiquei esperando no shoping por 2h pra nada. Péssimo! Não retorno nem indico!
I called today to inform myself about the evaluation, the attendant said it was just to go to the place during the shoping hours. I arrive at the place at 16h, again I say that I would like an evaluation, two attendants from today 01/15/2020 said the same thing: the podiatrist will only be starting at 18h. I asked if I could return at that time because I went to the shoping exclusively to be evaluated. Upon returning 18h, the same attendants said: wow, now there is only time at 20h. Lack of professionalism, I paid for parking, I was waiting in the shop for 2h for nothing. Terrible! I do not return or indicate!
