★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde dezembro tento fazer meu pé com o Joaquim e sempre tem um problema... ou ele está doente, ou não tem horário etc. Ele foi o único que acertou fazer a unha de um dedão do pé meu, pois tem cutícula interna e doi muito. Mas são 8 meses e cansei.
Hoje, 18/08/19, tinha horário marcado com ele para as 14 horas. Cheguei lá e além do Joaquim não ter vindo, não encontraram a minha hora marcada. Que bagunça é essa? Ainda tentou me convencer a fazer a unha com outra pessoa. Eu não faço com outra pessoa. Aliás, de outra vez ocorreu o mesmo.... tentaram me enganar, me colocaram na maçã e heis que entra uma mulher... eu saí brava e não fiz o pé. Ainda insisti, mas essa foi a última vez. Essa unidade Dr Feet deixou de ser seria, não respeita o cliente. Acho que o Joaquim nem trabalha mais lá, achou que marcando, na hora eu faria com outra.
Só estou dando nota 1 porque nao tem zero. Falta de profissionalismo e respeito.
Since December I try to make my foot with Joaquim and he always has a problem ... either he is sick, or he has no schedule etc. He was the only one who managed to nail my big toe nail, because it has an internal cuticle and it hurts a lot. But it's 8 months and I'm tired.
Today, 08/18/19, I had an appointment with him for 2 pm. I got there and besides Joaquim didn't come, they didn't find my appointment. What a mess is this? He even tried to convince me to do the nail with someone else. I don't do it with someone else. In fact, the same thing happened again ... they tried to deceive me, put me in the apple and here comes a woman ... I left angry and did not make a foot. I still insisted, but that was the last time. This Dr Feet unit is no longer serious, it does not respect the customer. I think Joaquim doesn't even work there anymore, he thought that by scheduling, at the time I would do it with another one.
I'm only giving a grade of 1 because it doesn't have zero Lack of professionalism and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei horário as 18h, cheguei no horário, a profissional Marli que iria me atender, atrasou 20 minutos, quando saiu, ficou batendo papo, a recepcionista vendo minha indignação avisou a ela que eu estava esperando, ela ficou irritada pq foi advertida, e mandou eu entrar na sala. Quando entrei , a sala estava suja, com material e que tinha sido acabado de usar na outra cliente.
Uma total falta de respeito. Cancelei o meu horário e nunca mais volto.

Quando terminei, questionei a recepcionista e ainda tive que ouvir “que aquele era o preço mesmo”. Quase R$ 200,00 reais pra ficarem menos de 15 minutos no meu dedo? rs Eu não sei em qual mundo quem administra e os funcionários desse lugar vivem.

As marcações de horário são bem bacanas e eles possuem um arquivo que mantém as pessoas que te atenderam anteriormente, e que podem te atender novamente.
Recomendo bastante!
