★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um iphone 7 que não estava ligando pra essa assistência autorizada. Depois de uns 40 minutos esperando pra ser atendido, finalmente consegui conversar com o atendente. Expliquei q o iphone havia descarregado completamente e desde então não ligava mais. Ele testou em um carregador com voltagem alta e esperei mais uns 15 minutos pra ver se o iphone dava sinal. Como o aparelho não deu sinal de vida, o atendente deu a solução rápida: compre um novo! E abriu o site da apple na minha frente e mostrou o preço de um celular novo dizendo q o meu tinha problema ou no sistema de carregamento ou na placa, e que a apple não fazia esse reparo. O único teste q ele fez foi esse de plugar um carregador e só. Peguei meu celular e levei em outra assistência simples de bairro. O cara fez uma limpeza no conector e deu um choque na bateria. Pronto! O celular voltou a funcionar e esta indo muito bem. Por esse atendimento porco e sendo a única autorizada na cidade a Apple esta muito mal representada em São Luís do Maranhão.
I took an iphone 7 that was not calling for this authorized assistance. After about 40 minutes waiting to be answered, I finally managed to talk to the attendant. I explained that the iphone had completely discharged and since then it didn't turn on anymore. He tested it on a high voltage charger and I waited another 15 minutes to see if the iphone gave a signal. As the device gave no sign of life, the attendant gave the quick solution: buy a new one! And he opened the apple website in front of me and showed the price of a new cell phone saying that mine had a problem either in the charging system or the card, and that apple did not do this repair. The only test he did was to plug a charger and that's it. I took out my cell phone and took it in another simple neighborhood assistance. The guy cleaned the connector and shocked the battery. Ready! The cell phone started working again and is doing very well. For this pig service and being the only one authorized in the city, Apple is very poorly represented in São Luís do Maranhão.
