★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A moça que me atendeu e horrível no atendimento eu pedi e ela nao me explicou nada depois veio me falar que tinha horário pra pedir, falei que ia querer é aí já me passou outro horário de entrega diferente , custaram me responde, e por fim me falou que a culpa era minha que tinha que marcar com antecedência, atendimento horrível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que pedi teve algum erro no atendimento, tanto quanto demora para responder via WhatsApp quanto para explicar o cardápio , tempo de entrega e etc.. a comida é excelente, porém atendimento péssimo infelizmente não peço mais, é uma pena! Lugar é agradável, comida muito boa mais esses erros me fazem perder o encanto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após aguardar 1 hora para envio descobri que por "falha no sistema " meu pedido não foi pra cozinha. A atendente me garantiu que em 15 minutos receberia o pedido. Falta de respeito com o cliente e motoboy. Jamais eles iriam preparar um prato e entregar em 15 minutos.
After waiting 1 hour for delivery I discovered that due to "system failure" my order did not go to the kitchen. The attendant assured me that in 15 minutes I would receive the order. Lack of respect for the customer and motoboy. They would never prepare a dish and deliver it in 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A feijoada na realidade é feijão com linguiça. Não veio completa a marmita como podem observar pela foto. Só veio 3 pedaços de torresmo e pouca couve. A entrega demorou mais de 1h e 40 minutos. O refrigerante chegou quente. Foi o meu primeiro pedido e tive uma péssima experiência tanto com a comida quanto com a entrega.
Feijoada is actually beans and sausage. The lunch box did not come complete as you can see in the photo. It only came with 3 pieces of crackling and a little cabbage. Delivery took over 1 hour and 40 minutes. The soda arrived hot. It was my first order and I had a very bad experience with both the food and the delivery.
