★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mal atendido, não deram atenção devida e o proprietário é muito mal educado. Se você precisa de um pet shop fuja desse local. Não volto nesse lugar nem de graça! Nem animal é tratado da forma que eu fui.
I was very poorly attended, they didn't give it proper attention and the owner is very rude. If you need a pet shop, get away from this place. I'm not going back to this place even for free! Neither animal is treated the way I was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se estiver em dúvida não leve NUNCA na Cão Mania, aliás tem o Animal Prime que fica em frente e tem um serviço muito melhor.
Levei meu cachorro em 20/12/2021 e por quase um mês ele passou por 3 veterinários diferentes que insistiam que o problema dele era uma artrose. Ele foi piorando e dia 10/01/2022 passou em consulta novamente e deram um novo remédio para preparar para cirurgia e ainda falaram que após a cirurgia da artrose ele viveria mais uns 3 anos também pediram mais um exame.
Dia 19/01 resolvi procurar outro veterinário que de cara pediu um raio x do tórax, pois ele estava com a língua roxa e dificuldade de respirar. Para nós era efeito da dor. Esse ótimo veterinário disse que a artrose não era algo que preocupava e nada grave. Que já atendeu casos muito piores. Também disse que ele estava com anemia e na Cão Mania nunca mencionaram a anemia e nenhum tratamento.
Fizemos o raio x e descobrimos que ele tinha muito líquido no pulmão e infelizmente acabou não resistindo.
If in doubt, NEVER take it to Cão Mania, in fact, there is Animal Prime which is opposite and has a much better service.
I took my dog on 12/20/2021 and for almost a month he went through 3 different vets who insisted that his problem was osteoarthritis. He got worse and on the 10/01/2022 he went to an appointment again and they gave him a new medicine to prepare for surgery and they even said that after the osteoarthritis surgery he would live for another 3 years they also asked for another exam.
On 01/19 I decided to look for another vet who immediately asked for a chest x-ray, as he had a purple tongue and difficulty breathing. For us it was the effect of pain. This great vet said osteoarthritis was nothing to worry about and nothing serious. It has dealt with much worse cases. He also said that he had anemia and in Dog Mania they never mentioned anemia and no treatment.
We did the x-ray and discovered that he had a lot of fluid in his lung and unfortunately he didn't resist.
