★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo preço (lugar com preço mais em conta que já encontrei na zona leste e comparado a Petz/Cobasi também, bem organizado sempre, nunca está cheio, estacionamento no local, álcool em gel na entrada, excelentes atendentes sempre dispostos a ajudar e no caixa também. Parece que todos trabalham muito bem dispostos. Local possui farmácia com medicamentos para pets e até florais. Fazem trocas também. Compro sempre areia sílica e Ração Guabi Natural Gatos lá pois é o local mais barato. Muitas opções de comedouros, brinquedos, coleiras, etc.
 Great price (most affordable place I have ever found on the east side and compared to Petz / Cobasi too, always well organized, never crowded, on-site parking, alcohol gel at the entrance, excellent attendants always willing to help and at the cashier It seems that everyone works very well. The place has a pharmacy with medicines for pets and even flowers. They also trade. I always buy silica sand and Guabi Natural Cat Food there because it is the cheapest place. Many options for feeders, toys, collars , etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um brinquedo para meu pet filhote e depois de 1 hora o produto soltou algumas partes, inclusive ele chegou a engolir, no dia seguinte estive na loja com o produto, nota e embalagem, inclusive na embalagem dizia q o produto era resistente e para minha surpresa se negaram a trocar, infringindo o CDC

Além disso os produtos da loja são extremamente sujos.
Eu perdi 17 reais mas graças a Deus meu pet esta bem. Nossa região e farta em estabelecimentos nesse seguimento e eu jamais voltarei !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito da variedade e dos preços, porém a loja do Tatuapé é péssima pra atenderem telefone, vira e mexe os telefones estão com problemas, ou sei lá se são os funcionários que não atendem. É uma luta pra ligar e fazer pedido por telefone, não aceitam pix para pagamento, aí vc tem que ficar presa em casa esperando a entrega pq tem que pagar ou no $ ou no cartão.
I really like the variety and prices, but the Tatuapé store is terrible at answering the phone, they turn and move the phones they have problems, or I don't know if it's the employees who don't answer. It's a struggle to call and order by phone, they don't accept pix for payment, then you have to stay stuck at home waiting for delivery because you have to pay either in $ or card.
