Péssima experiência. Tentamos novamente levar nosso cachorro. Além de não ser um super banho. Caro pelo o serviço. Demoram atender a gente na porta (estava chovendo) A recepcionista extremamente mal educada. Grossa (muito grossa) Cara ruim. Pegou o cachorro com agressividade. A gente faz uma pergunta e ela não responde. Disse que não tenho nada com isso com a falta de educação dela. Bom.. estou pagando pelo serviço. Quero algo de qualidade. Não temos culpa se ela está num mal dia. Não tenho o pq receber a cara ruim. Não serve para essa profissão não. Respondona e ainda bateu o portão na nossa cara. As pessoas hoje em dia parece que não quer trabalhar né? Acha que está ali fazendo um favor.

Bad experience. We tried again to take our dog. Besides not being a super bath. Expensive for the service. They took a long time to answer us at the door (it was raining) The receptionist was extremely rude. Thick (very thick) Bad guy. He grabbed the dog aggressively. We ask a question and she doesn't answer. Said I had nothing to do with her lack of manners. Well... I'm paying for the service. I want something of quality. It's not our fault if she's having a bad day. I don't have the reason to get the bad face. Not for this profession. Respondona and even slammed the gate in our face. People nowadays don't seem to want to work, right? You think you're doing a favor there.
