Percebe-se que a equipe de atendimento não possuí treinamento no atendimento ao cliente, ficando ao nível mais comum de atenção ao cliente, então é preciso saber muito bem o que pretende adquirir pra checar se possuem o ítem desejado no estabelecimento.
