Procurei por um remédio pra minha cachorrinha por mais de 1 hora na internet e fui encontrar no site do Dog World. Entrei em contato com o Silvio por Whatsapp e ele me ajudou em tudo, até atualizou o site para que eu pudesse comprar o produto com a opção de retirada na loja (sem pagar frete).
Estou dando 5 estrelas porque não posso dar mais haha

I looked for a medicine for my dog for over 1 hour on the internet and went to find it on the Dog World website. I contacted Silvio via Whatsapp and he helped me with everything, even updated the website so I could buy the product with the option of withdrawing from the store (without paying shipping).
I'm giving 5 stars because I can't give more haha

Fiz a compra para entregar justamente porque saio do meu trabalho tarde e quando chego já está tudo fechado e para minha surpresa ao chegar em casa não tinha nada na portaria e meus gatos ficaram sem comida!
Péssimo e falta de respeito total com cliente! Zero responsabilidade.
I made a purchase via WhatsApp of feed for my cats, I paid on PicPay and they informed me that they would deliver 16 to 17h. I made the purchase to deliver precisely because I leave my work late and when I arrive everything is already closed and to my surprise when I got home there was nothing at the reception and my cats were without food!
Terrible and lack of total respect for the client! Zero responsibility.
