★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade do hot-dog é ótima, com molhos e bastantes complementos, o ponto que me deixou chateado foi o fato de solicitar entrega em domicílio,e ser passado um valor e ao chegar a entrega a pessoa cobrar o serviço, que ao meu ver me deveria ter sido repassado na hora do pedido, como todos os outros estabelecimentos fazem.
The quality of the hot-dog is great, with sauces and many complements, the point that made me upset was the fact of requesting home delivery, and being passed a value and upon arriving the person to charge the service, which in my view I should have been passed on the order, as all other establishments do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite meu nome é Flávio, era muito bom no começo mais agora deixa a deseja em muito, coloca refrigerantes nos combos se ter, e depois fala que acabou, como pode acabar um refrigerante no começo do expediente 18:00 eu liguei e laram que tinha acabado a coca, e ontem foi o maior aborrecimento fiz um pedido de 21hs e 22: 30 ainda não tinha recebido o meu pedido e só depois que liguei pra lá foi que eu fui informado de que o gás tinha acabado, tudo bem que o gás tivesse acabado, mais cade o respeito com o cliente, ficamos esperando sem nunhua informação, e meu filho ficou esperando foi a maior decepção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com cliente. Eles disponibilizam o link de pedido mas não avisam que estão fechado. Daí você faz o pedido e fica com fome esperando o lanche que não vem. Daí quando você manda uma mensagem que fala da sua chateação eles preferem apagar a mensagem ao invés de se retratar com o cliente com um simples pedido de desculpas. Que feio! Falta de respeito com o cliente em várias situações. Custa nada informar que o estabelecimento não vai funcionar através do próprios canais de vendas que eles utilizam (Whatsapp é Instagram). Sem contar que se negam ao mínimo que é um pedido de desculpas.

Lack of respect for the client. They provide the order link but do not notify that they are closed. Then you place the order and stay hungry waiting for the snack that doesn't come. So when you send a message that speaks of your annoyance they prefer to delete the message instead of portraying the customer with a simple apology. How ugly! Lack of respect for the customer in various situations. It costs nothing to inform that the establishment will not work through the sales channels they use (Whatsapp is Instagram). Not to mention that they deny the least that it is an apology.
