Ótimo local. Pessoal muito atencioso. Ja retirei diversas vezes pedidos da ubereats no local e sempre fui muito bem atendido.

28 min de atraso, lanche chegou frio, o hambúrguer com gosto de queimado, a coca sem gelo e o entregador estava sem máscara. Não peço mais.

Primeira e ultima vez que peço, mais de duas horas de atraso, o restaurante tem seus dados e vc tem que ter uma bola de cristal em casa pra saber que tres motoqueiros nao froram trabalhar, precisei ligar pra descobrir. Pedido as 20h sao 22:37 e nao recebemos.

Não posso dizer sobre o sabor do Hambúrguer, porque a entrega simplesmente não chegou. Depois de uma hora esperando, tive que realizar contato com o restaurante para descobrir que o Hambúrguer havia acabado e que não conseguiriam entregar o meu pedido. Parabéns pela incompetência.

Se eu tivesse visto as reclamações por aqui antes de fazer o pedido eu não tinha passado pelo que eu passei hoje! Uma humilhação! O motoboy ficou esperando a cliente anterior terminar o banho dela "tranquilamente" para somente depois entregar meu pedido que chegou com 43 minutos de atraso e totalmente frio! E o restaurante foi conivente com a atitude do motoboy e me disse que a culpa não era deles! Nunca mais!
If I had seen the complaints here before ordering I had not gone through what I did today! A humiliation! The courier was waiting for the previous customer to finish her bath "quietly" and only then deliver my order that arrived 43 minutes late and totally cold! Mais de 20 minutos ATRASADO, chequei no app do ifood para ver se estava chegando, mas mostrava à caminho ainda. Como pedi um item promocional imaginei que a demora era devido à isso, portanto decidi aguardar sem fazer reclamação. Porém, logo após isso, recebo um monte de mensagens com GROSSERIAS do restaurante me mandando descer para retirar pois estava atrasando as outras entregas, sendo que eu nem sabia que havia chegado, pois não interfonaram aqui, não me ligaram, nem sequer atualizaram o pedido como "chegou". Quando respondi, 2 minutos depois, de forma educada que estava descendo, recebi mais GROSSERIA. Então, quando contestei a falta de educação, e comentei do atraso de 20 min, além de não demonstrarem empatia, alegaram que o entregador havia sim chego no prazo correto, e estava aguardando há 20 min, o que é a maior mentira, pois meu marido foi retirar outro pedido na portaria minutos antes de vocês entrarem em contato comigo, e ele chegou até a perguntar se havia mais alguma entrega, e nenhum entregador se manifestou. O restaurante, para se isentar, respondeu que essa era a versão no entregador, ou seja, caso fosse mentira que ele estava ha 20 min lá ( o que é) a culpa ainda cai sobre o funcionário, né?! Desprezível! Pessoas assim nem deveriam estar no ramo alimentício, e digo mais, faço questão de não consumir o produto, pois falta de ética influencia no sabor.

Péssima Experiência. Pedi 2 hot dogs, sendo um deles "sem purê e sem vinagrete" enquanto o outro era "sem purê e com "bacon adicional" ou seja mais bacon do que aquele que ja vem no lanche. Ja começou que a entrega chegou atrasada. Ao abrir a sacola percebi que nas embalagens de isopor estavam escrito: "S PURÊ e Vinagrete, e. S BACON E PURÊ. Ao que tudo indica o "S" seria a abreviação do "sem". Comecei a comer e imediatamente constatei a ausência do Bacon. Dei uma mordida no lanche da minha esposa e o sabor de Bacon era presente. Reclamei com a loja e o atendente se limitou a dizer que: o bacon estava triturado e moído junto com a calabresa. Informei sobre as anotações nas embalagens e sobre o da minha esposa ter bacon. Mas fui ignorado. Era nítida a diferença de sabores. Além de que, quando se paga adicional de um ingrediente, vc sempre espera que vem bem mais. O meu nao veio nada. Fui ler os comentários no app do ifood e vi que erros como esses acontecem constantemente. E alguns respostas o estabelecimento debocha dos consumidores. Empresa que não respeita os consumidores não merece prosperar. Não recomendo. Não comprem.
