★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou num misto de revolta e frustração: fui selecionado para uma entrevista para líder de atendimento de uma estação de metrô pela Dogma. Sendo assim, participei do processo seletivo e fui efetivado para a vaga mas creio que era melhor não ter sido, pois semanas depois levei meus documentos para habilitar-me na tal função e ficaram com minha carteira desde o dia 12 de novembro. Pois bem, fui fazer treinamento exigido pela mesma por duas vezes e nada de chamar para exercer a função! Chegando no fim do mês anunciaram que a operação do serviço seria para o dia 28 de novembro, depois mudou para 02 de dezembro, 04 e por fim dia 09 (alegando que todos os funcionários teriam que ter os uniformes para exercer o cargo). Sendo assim, dia 09 foi o dia em que começamos a trabalhar (e também foi nosso último dia de trabalho) onde que em máxima organização e empenho dos líderes e atendentes demos nosso melhor. No dia 10 de dezembro fomos avisados via whatsapp que teríamos o contrato desligado e que devíamos esperar o dia para assinar a rescisão. O mais grave pra mim é que passei por 3 empresas em 13 anos de registro profissional (sendo 11 anos trabalhados em uma única empresa) e nunca fui tão passado para trás, como a Dogma está fazendo, não só comigo, mas com muitas pessoas que acreditaram na empresa, na ideia e nos futuro crescimento de todos! Só pelo fato de deter uma carteira de trabalho por tanto tempo já é motivo pra infração em lei, fora que muitos nem assinaram contrato de trabalho e pior, com um mês de contrato, que outra empresa pode dar confiança a ti sendo que você acabou de ser queimado no mercado?
I am in a mix of anger and frustration: I was selected for an interview for a subway station service leader by Dogma. Thus, I participated in the selection process and went into effect for the job but I think it was better not have been because weeks later I took my documents to enable me in this role and stayed with my wallet since the 12th of November. Well, I went to do training required by it twice and no call to perform the function! Arriving at the end of the month announced that the operation of the service would be for the November 28, then changed to December 2, 04 and finally 09 (arguing that all employees would have to have the uniforms to hold office). Thus, day 9 was the day we started working (and it was also our last day of work) where in maximum organization and commitment of leaders and attendants we did our best. On December 10th we were notified via whatsapp that we would have the contract terminated and that we should wait for the day to sign the termination. The worst for me is that I passed three companies in 13 years of professional registration (which 11 years worked in one company) and have never been so past behind, as Dogma is doing, not just me, but many people who They believed in the company, the idea and the future growth of all! Just the fact of holding a portfolio of work for so long is already reason for offense in law, was that many or signed employment contract and worse, one month contract, that other company can give confidence to you and you just get burned in the market?

Que eles fazem com as pessoas é desumano, fui chamada para uma entrevista, na avenida Paulista, fiz a entrevista fui bem atendida, fui aprovada , deu um papel que teria que dá todos os documentos via WhatsApp, falou pra abrir uma conta no banco Itaú, fiz tudo isso .
Uma semana estou aguardando a resposta, pois , fui para o céu sabendo que iria trabalhar, e no mesmo tempo fui pra o inferno, até agora nenhuma resposta, liguei ontem lá na paulista pra saber, a moça me atendeu, foi verificar o que aconteceu, falou que iria me retorna, via WhatsApp, também sem retorno...
Não entendo pra quê fazer isso com as pessoas necessitadas, isso não se faz, é melhor levar um NÃO NA CARA , do que iludir.

I do not understand why to do this with people in need, this is not done, it is better to take a NO IN THE FACE, than to deceive.
