★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando precisarem de um lugar para comer um dog maneiro, não escolham este lugar. Telefone nunca atende, tempo de espera alto, motoqueiro que sai pra fazer entrega sem levar o lanche, levam 1h30 para entregar o pedido e zero satisfação do porque do atraso.
Tive que ligar por 2x pra saber onde estava meu lanche, e no final cancelam o pedido após eu reclamar do péssimo atendimento. Belo atendimento. Nota 0
When you need a place to eat a cool dog, don't choose this place. The phone never answers, waiting time is high, biker who goes out to deliver without taking his lunch, takes 1h30 to deliver the order and zero satisfaction because of the delay.
I had to call twice to find out where my lunch was, and in the end they canceled the order after I complained about the bad service. Nice service. grade 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido as 23h43 no app, deram um prazo de 68 a 80 minutos. Porém deu 1h30 da manhã e nada do pedido chegar. Liguei e o Dono (Alex) me informou que o motoboy já estava chegando pois já saiu do estabelecimento com meu pedido (no app ainda não constava que o motoboy havia saído). Esperei até às 2h20 e liguei novamente, o mesmo atendente me afirmou que o motoboy chegou no local da entrega e ninguém o atendeu, sendo que aqui ninguém veio. Eu disse que queria cancelar pois já iria dormir. Ele então disse que iria pedir ao motoboy para levar e que não ia cobrar o lanche já que estava frio. Disse pra eu pagar apenas a taxa de entrega, sendo assim eu concordei em esperar acreditando na palavra dele que o motoboy viria mesmo. Agora são 3h18 da madrugada e nada do motoboy chegar. Esperei até agora pra ir dormir com fome. Infelizmente perderam um cliente.

I've waited until now to go to bed hungry. Unfortunately they lost a customer.
