Para nossa surpresa, realmente é um lanche 5 estrelas. Hambúrguer alto e saboroso. Molho delicioso. Batata frita sequinha. Capricho na embalagem (com selo de violação). Um cuidado aos minimos detalhes! Estão de parabéns! #precojusto #recomendo
When my girlfriend and I saw the 5 star rating here, we were suspicious, but we decided to order (delivery) to see if it was good. To our surprise, it really is a 5 star snack. Tall and tasty hamburger. Delicious sauce. Dry French fries. Caprice in the packaging (with violation seal). Attention to the smallest details! They are to be congratulated! #precojusto #recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência de atendimento foi simplesmente péssima. Os lanches da Dogus foram encomendados pelo aplicativo da Uber Eats às 20h15 com previsão de chegada às 21h. Às 20h50 o lanche ficou pronto, o Uber eats entregou apenas às 21h20 houve atualização do horário de entrega às 21h. Em contato com o local nenhum suporte foi dado, não se responsabilizaram pelo atraso na entrega e a atendente ainda desligou o telefone na minha cara. Esquecem que a responsabilidade de garantir a entrega é de vocês, pois é de vocês que encomendamos e para vocês que efetuamos o pagamento no valor de R$80, por sinal um gasto que não valeu a pena visto que o lanche chegou todo úmido e mucho assim como as batatas. Não recomendo e não voltarei a comprar.
The service experience was just terrible. Dogus snacks were ordered by the Uber Eats app at 8:15 pm and are due to arrive at 9:00 pm. At 8:50 pm the snack was ready, Uber eats delivered only at 9:20 pm there was an update on the delivery time at 9:00 pm. In contact with the site no support was given, they were not responsible for the delay in delivery and the attendant still hung up on me. They forget that the responsibility for ensuring delivery is yours, because it is yours that we order and for you that we make the payment in the amount of R $ 80, by the way an expense that was not worth it since the snack arrived all wet and soo much like potatoes. I do not recommend and will not buy again.
