Encomendei um bolo do Mundo Bita para o mesversário do meu filho e 30 doces variados (brigadeiro, beijinho e bicho de pé), conforme referências que a própria me mandou.
Para minha decepção, o bolo que chegou era HORRÍVEL, totalmente diferente do que tínhamos combinado, sem sabor, com produtos de péssima qualidade, solado, SEM recheio e parecia bolo industrializado de caixinha.
E ainda piora! O brigadeiro veio com confeitos de péssima qualidade, coloridos e não o tradicional granulado. O bicho de pé não veio!
Liguei várias vezes para questionar o que houve e ela simplesmente não atendeu. Mandei mensagens no WhatsApp e ela desapareceu, sequer me respondeu.
Péssima profissional, produtos de má qualidade e péssimo atendimento ao cliente.
Não percam seus tempos, dinheiro e tampouco estraguem a festa de seus filhos encomendando algo nessa loja.
A pior experiência com esse tipo de serviço!
Tenho fotos de tudo para comprovar.

Primeiro, eu contratei um bolo e recebi outro, em nenhum momento fui informada sobre essas medidas. Vejam por si a foto do bolo que contratei (expectativa) x o bolo que recebi (realidade).
Além disso, ENFATIZO que o sabor era péssimo, NÃO tinha recheio algum, como podem perceber nas fotos. Além disso, cadê o doce bicho de pé que não recebi? E pq o brigadeiro tradicional veio com granulado colorido? Nunca vi isso na vida. Vendem uma coisa e entregam outra.
Então, ao invés de continuar mentindo dizendo que o bolo é de qualidade, admita que fizeram um péssimo bolo e me trataram com total descaso sem ao menos responder minhas mensagens no WhatsApp, além de me bloquear no Instagram.
Você acha que me fez um favor em não cobrar a diferença? O que me mandaram não vale nem o valor inicial que paguei, e nem falo pelo dinheiro, mas por ESTRAGAREM a festa do meu filho com produtos de PÉSSIMA qualidade.
I was totally deceived yesterday by Elaine, owner of Dolce Ateliê!
I ordered a Mundo Bita cake for my son's messenger and 30 assorted sweets (brigadeiro, kiss and foot), according to references that she herself sent me.
To my disappointment, the cake that arrived was HORRIBLE, totally different from what we had combined, without flavor, with poor quality products, sole, WITHOUT filling and looked like industrialized box cake.
And it gets worse! The brigadeiro came with poor quality confections, colorful and not the traditional grainy ones. The foot bug didn't come!
I called several times to question what happened and she just didn't answer. I sent messages on WhatsApp and she disappeared, she didn't even reply.
Terrible professional, poor quality products and terrible customer service.
Don't waste your time, money or spoil your children's party by ordering something from this store.
The worst experience with this type of service!

First, I hired a cake and received another one, at no time was I informed about these measures. See for yourself the picture of the cake I hired (expectation) x the cake I received (reality).
Furthermore, I EMPHASIZE that the taste was terrible, it had NO filling, as you can see in the photos. Besides, where's the sweet foot bug I didn't get? And why did the traditional brigadeiro come with colored sprinkles? I've never seen that in my life. They sell one thing and deliver another.
So, instead of continuing to lie saying that the cake is quality, admit that they made a terrible cake and treated me with total disregard without even replying to my messages on WhatsApp, in addition to blocking me on Instagram.
Do you think you did me a favor by not charging the difference? What they sent me isn't even worth the initial amount I paid, and I'm not even talking about the money, but because they SPOILED my son's party with POOR quality products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos fazer a festa do filho da nossa amiga e essa profissional praticamente estragou tudo, sem nem se posicionar ou dar um esclarecimento sobre o porquê entregou o pedido errado, mal feito e sem nenhuma qualidade (tanto o bolo quanto os doces estavam horríveis).
Não confiem na avaliação dada a ela pelo Google, deve ter sido realizada por parentes, só pode! Além disso, as fotos do perfil do Instagram não condizem com a entrega final (como podem ver na imagem compartilhada).
Tomem cuidado com esse tipo de profissional, que não é capaz nem de justificar uma entrega ruim e errada. Confiem as festas dos seus filhos e familiares pra quem de fato faz o que ama, assim não terão a dor de cabeça que a minha amiga teve e poderão celebrar datas importantes do jeito merecido.

Resposta ao comentário: ontem você poderia ter dado esse esclarecimento para a Adriana, mas preferiu deixá-la sem um retorno no WhatsApp e a bloquear da página no Instagram, uma postura com zero profissionalismo.
Mas isso não altera também o fato de que os doces vieram errados, não tinha bicho de pé e o brigadeiro não era o tradicional, veio com granulados coloridos e que o sabor do bolo também estava errado, ela pediu baunilha e veio de chocolate.
We were having a party for our friend's son and this professional practically ruined everything, without even taking a position or giving any clarification on why she delivered the wrong order, poorly done and without any quality (both the cake and the sweets were horrible).
Don't trust the rating given to her by Google, it must have been done by relatives, it can only! Also, the Instagram profile photos do not match the final delivery (as you can see in the shared image).
Beware of this type of professional, who cannot even justify a bad and wrong delivery. Trust your children's and family's parties to those who actually do what they love, so they won't have the headache that my friend had and can celebrate important dates the way they deserved.

Response to the comment: yesterday you could have given this clarification to Adriana, but you preferred to leave her without a return on WhatsApp and block her from the Instagram page, a posture with zero professionalism.
But this also doesn't change the fact that the sweets came wrong, there were no animals standing up and the brigadeiro was not the traditional one, it came with colored sprinkles and that the flavor of the cake was wrong too, she asked for vanilla and it came with chocolate.
