★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para proprietária na quinta feira para retirar 100,00 em peças no condomínio onde resido, a mesma informou que poderia vir antes das 09:00 por WhatsApp, aceitei e tudo. Chegando no condomínio ela me ligou e o celular está em outro cômodo, mais em 4 minutos respondi o WhatsApp dela e falei que estava saindo pra encontra- lá, mas a mesmo foi embora e ainda respondeu super grossa que fez um favor em vir retirar, sendo que não aguardou nem 5 minutos no condomínio, pois em 4 minutos respondi pra ela que estava saindo pra levar as peças. Muito grossa, não aguardou 4 minutos e ainda falou que fez um Favor, que favor é esse de 100,00 me poupe né! Não indico a ninguém, por isso que estão com nota 3, não sabe ganhar um cliente, Não recomendo pessoal!!!

Very thick, did not wait 4 minutes and still said he did a favor, that favor is this 100.00 and spare me right! Do not tell anyone, why they are with note 3, do not know how to win a customer, I do not recommend folks !!!

Mandei lavar 3 tapetes e paguei a vista e, adiantado (eu sei, errei), além de não cumprirem com o prazo combinado, entregaram os tapetes mal lavados, apenas um estava lavado, os outros não aparentavam estar, reclamei, marcaram duas vezes de buscarem os tapetes para refazer o serviço e, até hoje, não apareceram. Não recomendo esta empresa.
Horrible experience with that company. I had 3 carpets washed and paid for the sight and, in advance (I know, I was wrong), in addition to not meeting the agreed deadline, they delivered the badly washed carpets, only one was washed, the others did not appear to be, I complained, they marked twice. get the carpets to redo the service and, until today, they did not appear. I do not recommend this company.

Terrible service, I had a blanket washed, it came dirty, it didn't even smell like washing powder, I could at least use a fabric softener.
