AMAR MUITO o que se faz.
É ficar testando 10000001 receitas
É ficar meio louca montando cardápio
É tricotar de monte com outras boleiras que são amigas queridas
Dormir sonhando com a encomenda do outro dia
Ou não dormir por q a encomenda é muito grande e vc tem q terminar cedo
Ficar ansiosa com a festa para q o bolo ou doce fique como a cliente pediu
É ficar planejando como se a festa fosse sua
É tentar e conseguir transformar aquilo q a pessoa sonhou em doce
É ficar de olho nas promoções do leite condensado e chegar no mercado e querer comprar tudo
É ficar com raiva da raspa de chocolate q não fica perfeita
É ficar nervosa com o bolo de andares
É orar para q o bolo chegue inteiro mesmo sabendo q o motorista corre (aiiii as lombadas, buracos)
É sofrer quando o cliente retira o bolo e liga alguns minutos depois
Ai vc atende o fone e sorri por q ele amou \0/ e vc viu q ficou nervosa á toa
É ficar horas no facebook ou e-mail respondendo e pensando o que fazer.
É não dizer NÃO para aquele cliente q pede de ultima hora mesmo vc não tendo mais tempo pra nada.
É ficar estressada com bagunça
É não ter final de semana pro churrasco em família por q tem encomenda pra entregar
É Tb não ter muito tempo pros filhos q passam o dia no videogame ou computador pra não ficar passando pela cozinha. (Pior Parte :/)
Mas é muito bom quando os filhos falam q amam o que vc faz S2
É sofrer com as pessoas que acham q vc não faz nada ... há vc é boleira a taaaa
E responder 100000000 de perguntas e a pessoa não fechar nada.
É ouvir muito Tb da um descontinho...rsrsrs
Mas no final é MUITO GRATIFICANTE, por que fazemos o que amamos, não temos chefes enchendo o saco, nem fofoca entre funcionários, a cozinha esta sempre perfumada, e barulhenta. Quando a cliente te agradece e diz q AMOU o q vc fez é como se vc ganhasse na loteria todo dia, a gente lê a frase toda hora e sorri e pensamos AHHHHH consegui \0/.

I LOVE MUCH what you do.
Is to be testing 10000001 recipes
It's getting kind of crazy setting up a menu.
It is knitting with other balls that are dear friends
Sleep dreaming of the order the other day
Or not sleeping because the order is too big and you have to finish early
Get anxious with the party so the cake or candy stay as the customer asked
It is to plan as if the party were yours.
It is trying and being able to transform what the person has dreamed of in sweet
It is to keep an eye on the promotions of condensed milk and reach the market and want to buy everything
It's getting mad at the chocolate chip that does not look perfect
It is getting nervous with the cake of floors
It is praying that the cake arrives whole even knowing that the driver runs (aiiii the spines, holes)
It is to suffer when the customer removes the cake and calls a few minutes later
Then you answer the phone and smile because he loved \ 0 / and you saw that he was nervous at random
It is to stay hours on facebook or email responding and thinking what to do.
It's not to say NO to that customer who asks for the last minute even if you do not have more time for anything.
It's getting stressed out with mess
It's not having a barbecue weekend as a family because you have orders to deliver
It is important not to have too much time for the children who spend the day in the video game or computer to avoid passing through the kitchen. (Worst part :/)
But it is very good when the children talk they love what you do S2
It's suffering with people who think you do nothing ... there's a way to taaaa
And answer 100000000 of questions and the person does not close anything.

But in the end it is VERY gratifying, because we do what we love, we do not have bosses filling the bag, nor gossip among employees, the kitchen is always perfumed, and noisy. When the customer thanks you and says that you LOVED what you did it is like if you won the lottery every day, we read the phrase all the time and smile and we thought AHHHHH got it.
