★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, muita demora no preparo e entrega. Pedi um yakisoba às 22:00 onde o tempo de entrega seria até às 23:00,porém mais de 00:20 o pedido ainda não tinha sido entregue, entrei em contato com o restaurante por duas vezes e não deram uma posição relevante.
Aconselho a quem for pedir algo que tenha paciência de esperar no mínimo 3 horas por seu pedido, isso se chegar até você.
Obs: Isso porque moro em um bairro muito próximo deles.
Lousy experience, much delay in preparation and delivery. I ordered a yakisoba at 22:00 where the delivery time would be until 23:00, but more than 00:20 the order had not yet been delivered, I contacted the restaurant twice and they did not give a relevant position.
I advise anyone who is ordering something that has the patience to wait at least 3 hours for your order, if it reaches you.
Note: This is because I live in a neighborhood very close to them.

Não tive coragem de comer! Parecia lavagem para porcos! Se eu tivesse olhando aki antes de comprar não teria comprado de jeito nenhum! Moro no mesmo bairro. #Vergonha!
Bad experience! I ordered a yakisoba dish that came cold, dirty shrimp and falling apart, with no flavor, the dish seemed to have been made many hours ago, horrible presentation. I threw it away! I didn't have the courage to eat! It looked like pig washing! If I had been looking there before buying, I wouldn't have bought it at all! I live in the same neighborhood. #Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência desagradável, comprei um Yakissoba hoje pelo Ifood, chegou só depois de 1h35min, molho duro frio sem condições, mas o problema não foi só esse, pouco macarrão, acredito que se tinha 5 pedacos de carne e frango, tinha que comer assim mesmo né pra não ficar com fome, pior yakissoba que comir
Unpleasant experience, I bought a Yakissoba today at Ifood, it arrived only after 1h35min, cold hard sauce without conditions, but the problem was not only this, little pasta, I believe that if there were 5 pieces of meat and chicken, I had to eat anyway not to be hungry, worse yakissoba than to eat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e pós venda. Esperei 1h pelo pedido feito no ifood, que atualizaram como se o motoqueiro estivesse saído para entrega, nada do chegar. Entrei em contato e disseram que tiveram problemas com o entregador. Até aí tudo bem, escolhi esperar resolver. Após 2h com fome esperando o restaurante simplesmente disse que não entregaria e que eu cancelasse o pedido sem pedido de desculpas e nada. Como falei no começo, péssimo atendimento e falta de comprometimento com os clientes. Não indico nem pro meu pior inimigo
Bad service and after sales. I waited 1h for the order made at ifood, which they updated as if the biker was out for delivery, nothing to arrive. I contacted them and they said they had problems with the delivery man. So far so good, I chose to wait to resolve. After 2 hours hungry waiting for the restaurant, he simply said he would not deliver and that I canceled the order without apology and nothing. As I said at the beginning, terrible service and lack of commitment to customers. I don't even point to my worst enemy

Pedi um clone pelo Ifood.
Meia hora depois entraram em contato dizendo que não tinha mais frango.
No mínimo deveriam ter tirado da oferta no sistema , até para não configurar propaganda enganosa.
Pediram para escolher outro sabor. Escolhi e fiz uma resalva para não colocarem um ingrediente nela. Disseram que tudo certo , que não colocariam.
Quando a pizza chega , além de fria...minha surpresa...o Ingrediente veio...
No mínimo uma falta de respeito com o consumidor.

I ordered a clone through Ifood.
Half an hour later they got in touch saying they didn't have any more chicken.
At the very least, they should have taken it out of the offer in the system, even so as not to configure false advertising.
They asked to choose another flavor. I chose and made a reservation not to put an ingredient in it. They said it was all right, they wouldn't put it on.
When the pizza arrives, besides being cold...my surprise...the Ingredient came...
At the very least, a lack of respect for the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi delo Ifood, com prazo de entrega entre 20 e 30m. Logo me mandaram msg dizendo que a entrega seria entre 50 e 60 minutos. Depois de 1h40 esperando o pedido, sequer deram qualquer retorno às msg que mandei no chat do app.
Tentei ligar e o telefone não funciona.
Comentei com minha mãe e ela disse que essa pizzaria sempre dá problema e que nunca mais pediu nela
