Food is excellent. But the question of time was very flawed, it seems that they messed up with my order, making me wait more than half an hour beyond the scheduled time.

Parmegiana was good, but there are only two employees, the all-you-can-eat took more than half an hour for the first course to come... I stayed for hours and ate little, weak all-you-can-eat.

Única Parmegiana quente e fresca e boa foi a de frango, mas o resto ruim!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido hoje pela primeira vez pelo WhatsApp para nunca mais. Atendimento péssimo! Nunca fui tão mal atendida, como fui hoje por esse estabelecimento.
Fiz o pedido de 2 parmegianas de carne para o almoço na empresa que trabalho. Solicitei um refrigerante para acompanhar o prato e que levassem troco pelo motoboy pois o pagamento seria feito em dinheiro na entrega.
Quando chegou as marmitas, não levaram troco nem o refrigerante. Tive que pedir um cartão emprestado para que pudesse pagar o pedido já que eu iria pagar com dinheiro e não tinha trocado. Para piorar quando fui abrir a marmita uma delas veio errada, pedi parmegiana de carne e mandaram de peixe. Liguei para o estabelecimento para informar que meu pedido estava errado e me disseram que fariam a troca. Mas como estava em horário de almoço se esgotando solicitei que me devolvesse por pix o valor pago por uma das marmitas e não precisava enviar outra pelo moto boy. A pessoa me disse que faria a devolução do dinheiro mas que eu nunca mais poderia comprar lá pois não aceitariam ou pedido. Pasmem!!! Eu tive que ler isso da pessoa que atendeu
Oiii??? Esquecera minha bebida, Meu troco,O pedido foi errado e quando eu como cliente e na razão solicitei o dcancelamento recebi essa resposta.
Totalmente insatisfeitoa não indico a ninguém.
I placed an order today for the first time through WhatsApp and never again. Terrible service! I have never been so poorly attended to, as I was today by this establishment.
I ordered 2 meat parmigianas for lunch at the company I work for. I asked for a soda to accompany the dish and that they would take change with the courier as payment would be made in cash upon delivery.
When the lunchboxes arrived, they didn't take change or the soda. I had to borrow a card so I could pay the order as I was going to pay with cash and I hadn't exchanged it. To make matters worse, when I went to open the pot, one of them came wrong, I asked for meat parmigiana and they ordered fish. I called the establishment to inform them that my order was wrong and they told me they would make the exchange. But as lunch was running out, I asked him to return the amount paid for one of the lunchboxes by pix and I didn't need to send another one by the moto boy. The person told me that he would return the money but that I would never be able to buy there again as they would not accept or order. Amazing!!! I had to read this from the person who answered
Hey??? I had forgotten my drink, My change, The order was wrong and when I as a customer and in reason asked for a cancellation I received this answer.
Totally dissatisfied I don't tell anyone.

Great service, very delicious food, we tried the Parmegiana and it really was wonderful. The potatoes are worth mentioning, I haven't eaten so good for a long time.
