★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em pleno domingo, fiz um pedido na rappi, esperei quase 1h, liguei lá, informaram que não tinha chegado notificação e que iam preparar o pedido e me mandar. Depois de meia hora, cancelaram o pedido. Não recomendo está pizzaria Dom Soares na Vila Formosa, age de forma desrespeitosa e deixa o cliente a ver navios. Se não quiser passar raiva.. passe bem longe.
 On Sunday, I placed an order at rappi, waited almost 1 hour, called there, they informed me that no notification had arrived and that they were going to prepare the order and send it to me. After half an hour, they canceled the order. I don't recommend this Dom Soares pizzeria in Vila Formosa, it acts disrespectfully and lets the customer see ships. If you don't want to be angry... go far away.

We have been buying pizzas and sfihas from Dom Soares for many years and every time they were delicious, excellent quality products, very good service, I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tinha me decepcionado anteriormente, mas resolvi dar uma segunda chance pedi e demorou mais de uma hora pra chegar. Resolvi dar a terceira chance, demorou uma hora e meia pra chegar, a caixa veio furada e toda torta e além de tudo veio um cabelo na pizza, obviamente só mandaram a pizza na hora de fechar a pizzaria então estou sem resposta.
I had already been disappointed before, but I decided to give it a second chance I asked and it took more than an hour to arrive. I decided to give it the third chance, it took an hour and a half to arrive, the box was punctured and all crooked and besides, there was a hair on the pizza, obviously they only sent the pizza when it was time to close the pizzeria so I have no answer.

Antigamente tinha uma funcionária muito educada, porém quem atende agora é a mulher do Dono, ela é muito mal educada.

➡️ Atendimento muuuuito RUIM!
*Não entendem o próprio cardápio
*Confundem os preços e cobram errado se vc pede qualquer coisa diferente do que está escrito
*Quando perguntamos o preço, mandam uma foto do cardápio toda torta e sem definição
*Não tem cardápio digital, site ou em PDF
*Se erram na cobrança do valor, culpam o cliente e reclamam pedindo que o cliente vá buscar a diferença cobrada a mais.
➡️ A pizza é muuuito boa, esse é o único motivo de eu pedir!!
Obs.VC PRECISA PEDIR COM MOLHO, se não pedir ela vem sem molho kkkk),
Antigamente, uns 3 anos antes, era bem diferente.
➡️ They take sooooo long to deliver, usually more than 1 HOUR
➡️ Soooo BAD service!
*They don't understand the menu itself
*They confuse prices and charge wrong if you order anything different from what is written
*When we ask for the price, they send a picture of the menu all pie and without definition
*There is no digital menu, website or PDF
*If they make a mistake in charging the amount, they blame the customer and complain asking the customer to get the difference charged over.
➡️ The pizza is sooo good, that's the only reason I order it!!
Obs.VC MUST ORDER WITH SAUCE, if you don't order it comes without sauce kkkk),
