★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É surreal a dificuldade em conseguir comprar qualquer peça de reposição. Não dá equipe de vendas, mas o financeiro que é incompetente.
Os técnicos de campo são completamente despreparados e propositalmente atrasam o trabalho pois são remunerados por hora.
Apesar disso tudo as caldeiras são muito bem construídas e trabalham muito bem.
 It's surreal how difficult it is to buy any replacement parts. There is no sales team, but the incompetent finance team.
Field technicians are completely unprepared and purposely delay work because they are paid by the hour.
Despite all that, the boilers are very well built and work very well.
