★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos lá, liguei para loja e agendaram meu serviço para as 9am da manhã do dia seguinte. Mas no mesmo dia as 22pm me mandaram uma msg falando que tinha um outro carro na minha frente e me jogaram pra escanteio e falaram que 10hrs pegariam meu carro.
Aí cheguei na loja 9am da manhã do dia seguinte para ver se iriam começar o carro realmente às 9am, pois eu estava com horário apertado. Mas eles abriram a loja atrasados às 09:30am para começar a arrumar a bagunça do dia anterior aí o carro que eles entubaram na minha frente entrou pra começar o serviço as 10am, logo eles iam me jogar pra sei lá que horas o meu serviço.
Resumindo, a loja não tem comprometimento com horários nem muito menos com clientes. Nunca fui tão mal atendido na minha vida.
Enfim desejo que eles melhorem o atendimento, pois vivemos num mercado extremamente competitivo.
Come on, I called the store and they scheduled my service for 9am the next morning. But on the same day at 22pm they sent me a message saying that there was another car in front of me and they threw me to the corner and said that 10hrs would take my car.
Then I arrived at the store at 9am the next morning to see if they would actually start the car at 9am, as I was on a tight schedule. But they opened the store late at 9:30 am to start tidying up the previous day's mess. Then the car they tubed in front of me came in to start the service at 10am, then they were going to throw me at whatever time my service was.
In short, the store has no commitment to hours, let alone customers. I've never been so poorly attended in my life.
Finally, I want them to improve their service, as we live in an extremely competitive market.
