Mais de 1 hora depois de meu pedido, ao ligar pra pizzaria fui informada que ocorreu um erro no sistema e meu pedido sequer havia começado a ser preparado e que demoraria cerca de 40 minutos para entrega. Pedi o cancelamento do pedido e a atendente informou não ter certeza se isso seria possível e que, caso eu desejasse, eles poderiam tentar cancelar e eu só teria certeza se deu certo em 72h. Sem opção (eu não podia aguardar 72h para saber se havia perdido meu dinheiro ou para pedir outra pizza), pedi o envio das pizzas e a atendente me garantiu que enviariam um brinde pelo transtorno, mas tal brinde nunca chegou. Enfim, uma péssima experiência.
I ordered two pizzas through the rappi app. More than 1 hour after my order, when calling the pizzeria I was informed that there was an error in the system and my order had not even started to be prepared and that it would take about 40 minutes for delivery. I asked for the order to be canceled and the attendant informed me that she was not sure if this would be possible and that, if I wished, they could try to cancel it and I would only be sure if it worked in 72 hours. With no option (I couldn't wait 72 hours to find out if I had lost my money or to order another pizza), I ordered the pizzas to be sent and the attendant assured me that they would send a toast for the inconvenience, but such a toast never arrived. Anyway, a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente pedimos uma pizza 15 dias antes do mesmo sabor do que na franquia do Anália Franco e estava ótima, agora essa deixou muito a desejar, quase sem recheio e assou além do ponto.
Unfortunately we ordered a pizza 15 days earlier with the same flavor as in the Anália Franco franchise and it was great, now this one left a lot to be desired, almost without filling and baked beyond the point.

I placed an order, in addition to more than 2 hours of waiting for my order to arrive, the pizza arrived completely cold... Only in other units now...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, mais de 2 horas para chegar o pedido e quando chegou estava frio. Horrível teria que fechar esse estabelecimento, não atendem o telefone.
Poor service, more than 2 hours to get the order and when it arrived it was cold. Horrible would have to close this establishment, do not answer the phone.

Great service, but pizzas come with little topping and dry sauce... lots of dough and very little topping. I didn't like it!
