★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao chegar no estabelecimento não tivemos o atendimento de imediato por parte de algum funcionário. Tivemos que ir até o balcão, onde o único cardápio era na parede. Não haviam muitos clientes então não haviam motivos aparentes para a falta dessa recepção e atendimento.
O lanche, o que deixou a desejar foi o pão. No cardápio dizia ser pão artesanal, porém tinha aparência industrial, seco e se desfazia facilmente na mão. O hambúrguer tinha muita gordura o que tornou ele meio sem sabor.
Esperava mais do estabelecimento.
 Upon arriving at the establishment, we did not receive immediate assistance from any employee. We had to go to the counter, where the only menu was on the wall. There were not many customers so there were no apparent reasons for the lack of reception and service.
The snack, which left something to be desired was the bread. On the menu it said it was artisan bread, but it had an industrial appearance, dry and easily crumbled in your hand. The hamburger had a lot of fat which made it a little tasteless.
Expected more from the establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche é bom porém o atendimento é péssimo, me deram 30min de prazo de entrega e chegou 1h e 30min depois. Cobrei meu pedido e responderam com grosseria. Dica: cumpram com o prazo que dão ou estendam o prazo e troquem de atendentes, vão falir se continuarem com um atendimento péssimo. Eu e TDS que conheço nunca mais compraram nesse lugar!!! A opinião de todas é a mesma.
The snack is good but the service is terrible, they gave me 30 minutes of delivery time and it arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes later. I collected my order and they responded rudely. Tip: comply with the deadline you give or extend the deadline and change the attendants, they will go bankrupt if they continue with a bad service. Me and TDS I know have never shopped at this place again!!! Everyone's opinion is the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja do parque Dom Pedro está cada dia pior. Comprei um sanduíche veio sem a carne de hambúrguer, paguei 17,00 por um sanduíche para vir somente o pão, ovo, queijo e queijo cheddar, reclamei com o estabelecimento e nada se resolveu, ainda me chamou de mentirosa. Nunca mais compro lá
The store in Dom Pedro park is getting worse every day. I bought a sandwich it came without the hamburger meat, I paid 17.00 for a sandwich to come just the bread, egg, cheese and cheddar cheese, I complained to the establishment and nothing was resolved, they still called me a liar. I never buy there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além do pedido ter vindo com 2 horas de atraso, o hambúrguer veio frio e as batatas muchas, deviam pelo menos manter a qualidade do produto para compensar o atraso . Péssimo atendimento, demoram a responder o chat, não tem empatia pelos clientes. Não é a primeira vez que peço e acontece isso.
In addition to the order being 2 hours late, the hamburger came cold and the potatoes had to at least maintain the quality of the product to make up for the delay. Bad service, they take a long time to answer the chat, they don't have empathy for the customers. It's not the first time I've asked and this happens.
