Merece mais estrelas pelo fato de ser pet friendly!
Excellent service, very spacious and well equipped rooms. The hotel's location is close to everything, in just a few minutes you can reach your destination.
It deserves more stars for being pet friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel necessita de um up grade ,lençóis ,toalhas ,cortinas desgastadas por uso ,tv mal da para assistir com manchas na tela ,café da manhã com pratos que deveriam ser quentes todos frios
Hotel needs an upgrade, sheets, towels, curtains worn out by use, TV can barely watch with stains on the screen, breakfast with dishes that should be hot all cold

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria parabenizar a gerência do hotel pela TOTAL FALTA de compromisso, profissionalismo e comprometimento com cliente. Viajo a trabalho ,e há 3 semanas fiz uma reserva. Para minha surpresa , hj à tarde recebo uma ligação comunicando que devido o feriado , houve aumento nas reservas , e que por isso pediam desculpas , mas não poderiam me receber, pois não teriam como pedir para os hóspedes sairem para a minha chegada. Aí pergunto , como assim se minha reserva já foi feita há 3 semanas??? Não seria necessário que hóspede nenhum saísse , se minha reserva tivesse sido respeitada. Lamentável!!! Espero que outros usuários não passem por tal transtorno.
I would like to congratulate the hotel management for the TOTAL LACK of commitment, professionalism and commitment to the customer. I travel for work, and 3 weeks ago I made a reservation. To my surprise, this afternoon I received a call informing me that due to the holiday, there was an increase in reservations, and that they apologized, but could not receive me, as they would not be able to ask guests to leave for my arrival. Then I ask, what do you mean if my reservation was already made 3 weeks ago??? It would not be necessary for any guest to leave, if my reservation had been respected. Unfortunate!!! I hope other users don't have this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um hotel limpo e com bom atendimento e café da manhã. O estacionamento é bom também. As mobílias utilizadas nos quartos não é muito boa, algumas coisas como abajur e secador de cabelo não funcionaram no quarto aonde eu estava. Mas no geral a hospedagem foi positiva.
It is a clean hotel with good service and breakfast. Parking is good too. The furniture used in the rooms is not very good, some things like lamp and hair dryer didn't work in the room where I was. But overall the stay was positive.
