★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciente do Dr Domingos a anos desde quando ele atendida na outra clinica, ele e sua assistênte só elogios e sempre que necessário com problemas de pele ou alergias etc consigo encaixe bem rápido. Fora que sempre consigo minhas tão maravilhosas amostras grátis. Parabéns a toda equipe da domum.
I have been a patient of Dr Domingos for years since he was seen at another clinic, he and his assistant only compliments and whenever necessary with skin problems or allergies etc. I can fit in very quickly. Besides, I always get my wonderful free samples. Congratulations to the entire domum team.

Remarcavam as consultas não me avisavam, ficava horas tentando ligar e qdo atendiam era com ríspidas no seu atendimento . Passei no Dr que por sinal amei, marquei retorno no mesmo dia que fui na consulta logo após a medicação que iria tomar acabasse... medicação acabo fui ligar para confirma consulta, sem sucesso não me atendia mandei msg no whats Não respondiam até que liguei do meu serviço e para minha surpresa que tinha acabo de ligar do meu celular elas atenderam a ligação pelo número do meu serviço, seguraram a ligação por 10 minutos e desligaram na minha cara! Retornei várias e várias vezes elas atenderam não me pediram desculpa simplesmente falaram que não tinha consulta, eu perguntei como não se é retorno e marquei a 1 mes atrás elas jogaram minha consulta para 1 mes depois do meu retorno falando que era essa data marcada. Decepciona com a falta de profissionalismo se não quer trabalhar tem várias pessoas atrás de serviço.
Dr Domingos excellent doctor great care, now the receptionists work with ill will. They remarked the consultations they did not warn me, I spent hours trying to call and when they answered was with ríspidas in their care. I spent in the DR that I loved, I made a return on the same day I went to the clinic right after the medication I was going to take ... medication I just went to call to confirm the appointment, I did not answer the call, I did not answer the message, I did not answer until I called of my service and to my surprise that I had just called from my cell they answered the call by the number of my service, they held the call for 10 minutes and they disconnected in my face! I returned several and several times they answered they did not apologize, they simply said they had no consultation, I asked them not to return and I checked 1 month ago they threw my appointment for 1 month after my return saying it was that date marked. Disappointed with the lack of professionalism if you do not want to work has several people behind service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei consulta para as 16:30, cheguei às 16:20 e esperei ser atendido, quando é 16:45 chamam uma pessoa, após isso pergunto se tem alguém na minha frente, dizem que não e que sou o próximo, então chega 17:10 e a Dra chama outro nome, então eu pergunto o que houve e dizem que há um engano e que sou o próximo, uma palhaçada e falta de respeito com os clientes, teve uma hora de atraso na minha consulta
I made an appointment for 4:30 pm, I arrived at 4:20 pm and waited to be seen, when it is 4:45 pm they call someone, after that I ask if there is someone in front of me, they say no and that I am next, then 5 pm arrives: 10 and the Dr calls another name, so I ask what happened and they say there's a mistake and I'm next, a joke and lack of respect for clients, my appointment was an hour late
