★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na unidade perto da Av Engenheiros o atendimento foi péssimo. Minha esposa cumprimentou todos os colaboradores e nenhum respondeu, além do caixa ter sido bem grosseiro com ela. Foi a primeira vez que fomos, os produtos parecem bons mas o atendimento ficou a desejar.
At the unit near Av Engenheiros, the service was terrible. My wife greeted all the employees and none responded, besides the cashier was very rude to her. It was the first time we went, the products look good but the service was to be desired.

Fazem questão que o cliente conheça os produtos, provando antes da compra. Não são mesquinhos, enfim. Não moro na região, mas toda semana passo por lá e faço questão de entrar e levar alguma coisinha do buffet, só pelo atendimento que recebo.
Excellent bakery. However, better than the quality of products is the attention of employees. Polite, cheerful, attentive. Make sure that the customer knows the products, tasting before purchase. They are not stingy, anyway. I don't live in the region, but every week I stop by and make sure to come in and take something from the buffet, just for the service I receive.
