Mais de uma hora depois de feito, o pedido ainda não estava pronto, mesmo estando apenas nós no estabelecimento. Fomos reclamar e disseram que ainda demoraria mais 20 minutos. Pedimos então para que fossem servindo o que já estava pronto, pois já estava tarde e dando a hora e fechar. As peças não vieram de acordo com a descrição do combo. Não nos foi oferecido algo para beber. Não recebemos nenhum pedido de desculpas ou justificativa pela demora. Enfim, o atendimento deixou muito a desejar e a impressão que ficou foi péssima. Não voltaria lá. Não recomendo que ninguém vá, ao menos que queria passar muita raiva.
We went to the place on a Sunday and, as there were no parts for self-service, we had to order one of the menu combos. More than an hour after the order was placed, it was not ready yet, even though we were only at the establishment. We went to complain and said it would take another 20 minutes. We then asked them to start serving what was already ready, as it was already late and giving the time and closing. The pieces did not come according to the description of the combo. We were not offered anything to drink. We received no apology or justification for the delay. Anyway, the service left a lot to be desired and the impression was very bad. I wouldn't go back there. I don't recommend anyone to go, unless I wanted to be very angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência em japonês até hoje. Fiz o pedido era 19:07 e me deram 50 minutos para entrega, mas só foi entregue após 2 horas. E quando foi entregue, ainda faltando os sashimis, que só foram entregues após 20 minutos. Mas o pior não foi o atraso e sim a qualidade das peças. As peças tinham sabor de requeijão da pior qualidade e quando falei sobre isso pelo whatsapp com o atendente, fui tratada muito mal. Realmente não recomendo.
Worst experience in Japanese to date. I placed the order it was 7:07 pm and they gave me 50 minutes for delivery, but it was only delivered after 2 hours. And when it was delivered, still missing the sashimi, which were only delivered after 20 minutes. But the worst thing was not the delay but the quality of the pieces. The pieces had the worst quality curd flavor and when I talked about it through whatsapp with the attendant, I was treated very badly. I really don't recommend it.
