Ficaram nos " vigiando" o tempo todo acabei não levando nada!! Fui na Ana Laura plus size e fui tratada como rainha com maior respeito e atenção... Meu dinheiro la teve valor...desrespeito e discriminação!
Unfortunately I was not well attended! I felt humiliated and discriminated against. Maybe it’s not from the elite of the store, from the same social class .... They were "watching" us all the time I ended up not taking anything !! I went to Ana Laura plus size and I was treated like a queen with the greatest respect and attention ... My money was valuable ... disrespect and discrimination!

Meu atendimento (TIVE SORTE )foi realizado pela vendedora Cida, excelente profissional, muito atenciosa e com certeza uma excessão a regra neste estabelecimento. As outras vendedoras, haviam mais 3 ou 4 na loja, incluindo a moça do Caixa, não responderam sequer ao meu " boa tarde" e observavam cd passo q eu dava olhando-me da cabeça aos pés. Sem no entanto dirigir-me a palavra.
Talvez uma excelente dica para a proprietária do estabelecimento seja promover oficinas de " atendimento ao cliente" para seus funcionários. No meu caso, pretendo nunca mais voltar a este local. Mas talvez, com o treinamento adequado, ela no futuro não venha a perder mais clientes.

My service (I HAD LUCK) was performed by saleswoman Cida, an excellent professional, very attentive and certainly an exception to the rule in this establishment. The other salespeople, there were 3 or 4 more in the store, including the Caixa girl, did not even respond to my "good afternoon" and observed every step I took looking from head to toe. However, without speaking.
Perhaps an excellent tip for the owner of the establishment is to promote "customer service" workshops for her employees. In my case, I intend never to return to this place. But perhaps, with the proper training, she will not lose more customers in the future.
