Tentei várias vezes o contato p entender como funcionava a prestação de serviço deles e, ao telefone, sempre me atenderam de uma maneira displicente. Finalmente consegui agendar um orçamento p certo dia, fiquei esperando em minha casa no horário combinado, mas ninguém apareceu ... não entraram em contato p remarcar ou avisar que não viriam.
Pode ser que as pessoas que trabalhem na limpeza sejam boas, mas quem organiza e administra o negócio trata os clientes de um jeito muito ruim. Acho que eles estão precisando de concorrência.
Não indicaria essa empresa p ninguém!
Unfortunately, my experience with the cleaning lady from Botucatu-SP was very poor. I tried several times to understand how their service worked, and on the telephone they always listened to me in a nonchalant way. I finally managed to schedule a budget for a certain day, I waited in my house at the agreed time, but no one appeared ... they did not contact me to redial or to warn them that they would not come.
It may be that people who work in cleaning are good, but whoever organizes and administers the business treats clients in a very bad way. I think they are in need of competition.
Would not recommend this company to anyone!
