★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local 3 ambientes, sendo 2 bem espaçosos. A comida do buffet é muito saborosa e de boa qualidade. A variedade é adequada. Cerveja de boas marcas e estupidamente gelada.
Sugiro a troca do assento sanitário, pois não tem como segurar a tampa e urinar, simultaneamente, além de não ser nada higiênico.
 Local 3 environments, being 2 very spacious. The buffet food is very tasty and of good quality. The variety is adequate. Beer of good brands and stupidly cold.
I suggest changing the toilet seat, as there is no way to hold the lid and urinate simultaneously, as well as not being hygienic at all.

Após esperar mais de 40 minutos pelo meu pedido no iFood, e ligar pedindo satisfação, cancelaram meu pedido e ainda disseram que não foram eles. Um total descaso! Toda vez que ligava a resposta era a mesma "seu pedido já saiu" e ainda a atendente me disse que não tinha apenas o meu pedido para ser entregue, que eu deveria esperar. Se tivesse lido as avaliações anteriormente, não teria feito o pedido, pois aparentemente o péssimo atendimento é o prato principal da casa.
Terrible service, extremely rude, unprepared attendant. After waiting more than 40 minutes for my order on iFood, and calling asking for satisfaction, they canceled my order and still said it wasn't them. A total disregard! Every time I called, the answer was the same "your order has already left" and the attendant told me that I didn't just have my order to be delivered, that I should wait. If I had read the reviews earlier, I would not have ordered, as apparently the poor service is the main dish of the house.

Home cooking, nice atmosphere! It just doesn't have variety during the week. Almost always the same menu..but it is very tasty!

Terrible food, no use at all, breaded chicken, stroganoff, in short, they are all rubbery (amazing but it is, I don't know how. for the love of god the worst choice i've made in my life so far

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi, pelo Ifood, uma refeição de Strogonoff (pela qual paguei) esses dias, porém recebi uma refeição de bife acebolado. Tentei entrar em contato de imediato, mas o chat do aplicativo se encerrou assim que o pedido foi entregue. Tentei telefonar para o restaurante, pois era hora do almoço, porém não obtive resposta. Além daqui, abrirei uma denúncia no Procon e no site Reclame Aqui, até que o restaurante e/ou o aplicativo criem respeito e me compensem por aquilo que paguei.
I ordered, through Ifood, a Stroganoff meal (which I paid for) these days, but I received a steak meal with onions. I tried to get in touch right away, but the app's chat ended as soon as the order was delivered. I tried calling the restaurant as it was lunchtime, but got no answer. In addition to this, I will open a complaint on Procon and on the Reclame Aqui website, until the restaurant and/or the app create respect and compensate me for what I paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei o prato sugerido pelo Ifood em 05/04/2022 - Strogonoff de Frango, sendo 2 marmitas pelo preço de uma(promoção do Ifood), o atendimento foi super rápido, e a entrega foi antes do previsto. Muito saboroso, bem servido, bem temperado, boa aparência, no ponto certo. Estou satisfeito com a qualidade da comida do Restaurante da Dona JU.
I requested the dish suggested by Ifood on 04/05/2022 - Chicken Stroganoff, 2 lunchboxes for the price of one (Ifood promotion), the service was super fast, and the delivery was ahead of schedule. Very tasty, well served, well seasoned, good looking, just right. I am satisfied with the quality of the food at Restaurante da Dona JU.
