★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei salgadinhos muitas vezes desta senhora. Sempre fiz os pedidos pelo WhatsApp, ontem por volta das 11h fiz um novo pedido para retirada hoje às 12h30. O pedido era para meu filho de 9 anos levar para a festinha da escola. Paguei adiantado via PIX. Para minha surpresa quando fui retirar não havia sido feito. A Sra. D. Lucia uma grossa, tratou eu e a meu marido muito mal, como se estivéssemos tentando dar o golpe nela em 50 salgadinhos. Não veio nem nos atender na porta, ficava gritando de longe que não tinha nenhum pedido e que não conhecia nada de WhatsApp. Insistimos que havíamos pago através de PIX e quem nos atendeu no dia anterior tinha confirmado. Ela então decidiu ligar pro seu filho que admitiu haver esquecido de mandar o pedido pra ela. Aí ela com cara de m. abriu a porta e tentou esboçar algum tipo de desculpa. Como já não havia mais tempo pra nada e a Sra. Lucia também não se mostrou com nenhuma vontade de nos ajudar. Exigi meu dinheiro de volta e fui tentar resolver meu problema numa padaria. Lamentável.
I've bought snacks from this lady many times. I always made requests through WhatsApp, yesterday around 11am I made a new request for withdrawal today at 12:30pm. The order was for my 9-year-old son to take him to the school party. I paid in advance via PIX. To my surprise when I went to withdraw it hadn't been done. Mrs. D. Lucia a rude one, treated me and my husband very badly, as if we were trying to hit her in 50 snacks. He didn't even come and meet us at the door, he kept shouting from a distance that he had no orders and that he didn't know anything about WhatsApp. We insisted that we had paid via PIX and whoever had seen us the day before had confirmed it. She then decided to call her son who admitted to having forgotten to order her. Then she looked like an m. he opened the door and tried to come up with some kind of excuse. As there was no more time for anything and Ms. Lucia also showed no desire to help us. I demanded my money back and went to try to solve my problem at a bakery. Unfortunate.
