Se um delivery não pode ter guardanapo é porque o negócio é de quinta categoria mesmo. Sejam mais humildes e saibam fazer autocrítica. Lixo de atendimento e gerência.
Establishment that responds to criticism with "What?" "Hi?", "Ooo Google" really just proves that you're unprofessional. If a delivery can't have a napkin, it's because the business is really fifth-rate. Be more humble and know how to do self-criticism. Service and management garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Fomos buscar a pizza no local e solicitamos gelo e GUARDANAPO(!) e foi alegado que não existia nenhum dos dois em todo estabelecimento. Experiência péssima. Atendente faz de tudo para você não voltar mais.
Terrible service. We went to get the pizza at the place and asked for ice and NAPKIN(!) and it was alleged that neither existed in the entire establishment. Bad experience. Attendant does everything for you not to come back.
