★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Alan foi super atencioso comigo. Gostei muito do atendimento dele. Na primeira vez que usei gostei da limpeza mas reparei que alguma vidros ficaram embaçados. O Alan se propôs a refazer essa parte do serviço. Na segunda vez que utilizei gostei mais ainda . Tudo ficou perfeito.
Alan was super attentive to me. I really enjoyed his service. The first time I used it I liked the cleanliness but I noticed that some glasses were fogged up. Alan set out to redo that part of the job. The second time I used it I liked it even more. Everything was perfect.

Não limpou armários, portas, microondas, berço da bebê, cabeceira da cama, enfim, vários itens ficaram sujos. Além disso, não trouxe almoço dela, sendo que o dono do negócio me garantiu que traria. Óbvio que não ia deixar com fome! Será que fizeram isso porque pedi desconto na faxina? Se for, muito antiético. Não recomendo!!!
Poorly done service. The lady who came to clean didn't wash my windows, they were filthy! Did not clean cabinets, doors, microwaves, baby's crib, headboard, in short, several items were dirty. Besides, I didn't bring her lunch, and the business owner assured me that she would. Obviously I wasn't going to leave you hungry! Did they do it because I asked for a cleaning discount? If so, very unethical. I do not recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei 2 vezes. Na primeira vez foi tudo ok. Apesar de não ter ficado impecável, foi bom. Na segunda vez a profissional chegou atrasada, ficava no celular o tempo todo, quando dei o produto para ela passar no taco, ela não sabia o que é taco. Deixou partes do banheiro com pó que eu tive que limpar depois. Mostrei tudo para a dona empresa.O horário de saída seria às 17h se ela tivesse chegado no horário certo, mas saiu às 16h. Não chamo mais.
I used it 2 times. The first time everything was ok. Although it wasn't spotless, it was good. The second time the professional arrived late, was on her cell phone all the time, when I gave her the product to put on the cue, she didn't know what cue is. It left parts of the bathroom dusty that I had to clean up later. I showed everything to the company owner. The departure time would be at 5:00 pm if she had arrived on time, but left at 4:00 pm. I don't call anymore.
