★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche é realmente gostoso, mas não vale o tempo que você espera por ele, literalmente chega demorar 2 horas pra seu pedido chegar, e estando lá cerca de 1 hora pra ficar pronto. O atendimento é seco, sem cortesia com o cliente.
 Snack is really tasty, but it is not worth the time you wait for it, it literally takes 2 hours for your order to arrive, and being there about 1 hour to get ready. The service is dry, without courtesy to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a pior experiência, em ir lanchar. Pedir para deixar meu celular, IPHONE 8, sai as 23:10 ultima localização 23:42 no local e apenas não me deixam ver as imagens. Muita desonestidade com o ser humano. Deus não dorme e tomarem que devolvem pois preciso muito.
I had the worst experience, going for lunch. Asking to leave my cell phone, IPHONE 8, leaves at 23:10 last location 23:42 in the place and they just don't let me see the images. A lot of dishonesty with the human being. God does not sleep and they take it back because I really need it.

esquecem itens do pedido. e o motoqueiro da entrega, não é atento ao serviço cobrando do cliente mais de uma vez... não gostei ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche é ótimo, delicioso! Mas demora muiiiiito a ficar pronto, se o local estiver vazio com 1h30 ou mais fica pronto. Agora se estiver cheio , pode pedir 19h que só fica pronto 21h ou 22h kkkkkk uma vez pedi um lanche às 20h15 ficou pronto às 23h40 fiquei esse tempo todo sentada no local esperando ... ah! E vai perguntar se o lanche tá pronto... leva uma bela resposta em tom arrogante da atendente. Toda vez que tento lanchar lá é assim, muita demora e se perguntar tu leva kkkkkkkk
The snack is great, delicious! But it takes a long time to get ready, if the place is empty with 1h30 or more it is ready. Now if it's full, you can order 7pm it's only ready 9pm or 10pm kkkkkk once I ordered a snack at 8:15pm it was ready at 11:40pm I sat there all this time waiting... ah! And you will ask if the snack is ready ... it takes a beautiful answer in an arrogant tone from the attendant. Every time I try to have a snack there, it takes a lot of time and if I ask, it takes kkkkkkkk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrega que mais demora em Caratinga, não dá retorno, não dá explicação para seus clientes sobre oq aconteceu com seu pedido simplicidade tá nem aí pra oq acontece. O lanche eu muito bom, mais não vale nada nas entregas. 3 horas de espera e nada.
Delivery that takes the longest in Caratinga, doesn't give a return, doesn't give an explanation to its customers about what happened with their order simplicity doesn't care what happens. The lunch I was very good, but not worth anything in deliveries. 3 hours of waiting and nothing.
